Ricki, Steve and Chris are very professional, respectful of me and my home, knowledgeable of their trade, educated me, and I believe the price is fair. I took a chance on them after talking with other companies and so far so good. I have referred their company to neighbors.

They were prompt and very personable.

They explained what the process was, they gave me an estimate, they scheduled the service and they arrived as scheduled. They did a professional, quality job and they were friendly and courteous. Can't ask for more than that.

I had the fuzzy tail critters in the attic. They came in and sealed everything up around the whole house. Then came back to remove the trapped ones. The persons who I dealt with were very nice and knew the exact thing to do. Also unlike others who bid, they warranty the work for 5 years!

Came right in, and took care of the problem. Very polite. Explained all procedures that had been done. Would highly recommend them.

We have just started a two week process of trying to trap a wily possum that somehow got under a "sealed?" crawl space and left quite a mess. Ricky was prompt, knowledgeable and led a crew of 4 HVAC, plumbing and electrical guys, who were there for annual spring inspections, into the crawl space to educate them on the evidence of animal activity. ONE of the guys would not go under the house without her leading the way! Will report later on the final chapter of "The Big Bad Possum and the Little Lady" I would like to add on that they have rendered excellent customer service and that the little lady caught the wily possum. They disinfected and deodorized the crawl space. They closed all access points to keep out further critters. Great service and great customer service. Will call the little lady if I ever need help again!

Great People from the start! Steven offered to come out that night to inspect and set traps to give us peace of mind. He and Rickie were very polite, professional and easy to work with. They sealed the entire house for an incredible price to eliminate the entry of unwanted animals. Grateful and blessed we found them here!

They were prompt and curtious. The process was explained and completed in a very timely manner. Both vents were screened to prevent furture invasions by bats or other animals. They offered a better dollar value than others. Great job!
