The first visit was because a squirrel took up residence in my attic. The took care of it and sealed up the attic so they could not come back in. About six months later a bird decided my attic should be home to her and they returned and found small openings which they sealed up and eliminated the problem. This time at no cost. The company is very professional and just plain honest, likable people.

They did remove a few rodents from my home, but did not come back to check periodically and I felt that for $450 they should have been in better contact. They simply laid traps and left them. Once the traps caught a rodent they came by (after I called them) to pick them up. I just thought $450 was a bit steep for the service - especially since they did not call to follow up.

A family owned business - very personable, reliable and trustworthy. They treat your home like it is their home. Quality work. They explained everything they would do and why. Due to weather conditions, they ended up working in the rain, critter proofing my home. Their integrity was without question. You cannot go wrong with this company. AAA quality!

The final verdict is still out. It's only been 2 weeks. Traps are still out. They have been out twice to check traps. So far, so good. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

All Critter were very professional, friendly and excellent customer service. Initially I was concerned that the extensive measures taken had not done the job. All Critters did advise that I may see activity for a week or so after treatment. And I did, but before the week ended, no more movement or evidence! At least for now it appears problem has been resolved! I'll monitor over next week or so and All Critter has promised to come back within 3 weeks if I see problems. Thank you All Critters!!!!
