We specialize in finishing work such as plastering, conventional synethic and efus stucco and also drywall. With over 15 years experience and well experienced staff. We take pride in our work. We love for our customers to be satisfied with our work and strive for that outcome. We are also licensed and insured.
"We paid $7000 to have wallpaper removed and the walls skimmed in our master bedroom. When we met with them they told us when they were finished the walls would be ready for painting. They even made the comment some people chose not to paint because the skimming looked like white paint. After rescheduling several times they started the work and did remove the wallpaper. However, they did almost no skimming so you could see the many imperfections and wallpaper glue when the painter came to start. They had assured us that they would fix anything we weren’t satisfied with but when both the painter and I contacted them to perform the work they were paid to do they declined (claimed they did their part). We had to pay the painter an extra $2000 to skim the walls. After he skimmed them it was amazing to see the difference compared to what Triple J had left us with . We requested that Triple J refund us back the $2000 we had to pay the painter to skim but they declined. In the beginning I felt like the bid was high but at least believed it would be done properly. Unfortunately, the job wasn’t done well and the owners don’t seem to care to make it right. I would not recommend this company."

We have been around for over 25 years. We specialize in renovation & new construction. We can match any texture whether it be interior or exterior
"After a water leak, I needed dry wall repair on my college daughter's house. I contacted many "drywall repair" companies that I found on Google. Some never returned my calls, three no-showed their estimate appointments they had scheduled. Only Wall Doctor and 1 other company came and provided us an estimate to repair the damage. The other company's estimate was 3X the amount the Wall Doctor gave us and didn't even include the paint. Considering this was an unexpected expense of having to repair the ceilings after water damage, I was not ready to pay an exorbitant amount of money however, I was slightly skeptical that the Wall Doctor could do quality work as this other "professional company" .Thus, I did my homework and read the Wall Doctor's reviews, saw that they have been in business for 9 years, have a A+ rating on the BBB with no complaints filed against them, I was satisfied that they would do a decent job at a much lower price. Mr. Barber coordinated to do the work with my daughter's busy schedule. He was supposed to do the repair and plaster work in the morning then paint in the evening. When he came back to paint, he said it was still wet and so he came back the next morning to finish the job. This made me respect them a lot as they could have just tried to paint even though it was still not completely dry just to be done and get paid, but they did the right thing and came back the next day to finish the job right. Mr. Barber and his worker came to the job with all necessary items to make sure the job was done well and didn't make a mess, not to mention had the right materials for the job. Being 5 hours away, I appreciated Mr. Barber's communication with myself and my daughter (the tenant) as well. I am very pleased with the work of this company so if anyone else is in doubt- choose Wall Doctor's Plastering because you will get quality work at a low price!"

Applying plaster to a wall will usually cost between $2 and $10 per square foot for both the material and labor. The cost will vary based on the quality of the plaster you’re using and whether or not prep work is required before the work begins. Wall prep can add up to about 10% to your total costs. Plastering exterior walls can be more expensive in many cases because they are taller and require scaffolding and safety equipment.
Repairing plaster walls is almost always worthwhile. Not only will plaster repairs make your walls look new again, but repairs of minor cracks can often reinforce the plaster and help prevent the cracks from spreading and widening. Additionally, hiring a professional to carry out plaster wall repair means they can let you know if the cracking is a result of a severe underlying issue. Catching a problem like foundation instability early could save you thousands, a luxury you wouldn’t have if you just repaired the walls yourself.
Plaster repair costs range from $4 to $10 per square foot for refinishing, while skim coating can be less expensive, usually between $2 and $5 per square foot. The price you pay for plaster repairs will depend on the extent of the damage, the type of plaster you have on your walls, and the accessibility of the damage. Plaster repair on the exterior of your home tends to be more expensive, as there’s a higher chance that ladders or scaffolding will be necessary to carry out the repair.
It is possible to repair plaster walls yourself, but it’s not always a good idea. Hiring a professional means you’ll have expert eyes on the damage looking to see if there is an underlying issue or if the cracks are just from normal expansion and contraction. Additionally, a professional’s plaster repair will very likely last longer than a DIY job, which means you could end up saving money over time by going with a pro from the start.
All plaster walls will crack over time with expansion and contraction from temperature and moisture changes, as well as from normal house settling. In these cases, the cracks will usually be thin and don’t mean there are major structural issues. However, excessive cracking, wide wall cracks, and cracks that span around corners can sometimes mean you have a foundation issue. Identifying severe problems is a key reason why hiring a professional for plaster repair is usually a good idea.
