Estimate went well. Awaiting scheduling of work.

There were so many details that he included that one would never have considered. For example, the drainage system included a large, approximately 4 x 6 hole on each side of our yard filled with rocks to catch overflow so the water would run smoothly through our yard and the neighbors yards as it should. The irrigation system was relocated for best efficiency. There was so much attention to detail. That really meant a lot! Another example, they spent some time placing the stones on the waterfall so we could get the best sound! The sound is great! All this said, the team had to work through the rainiest and wettest time of the year.

Absolute did a great job of the patio installation. What a nice addition to our front yard! Where we once only had dirt and dead grass, we now have a nice place to sit and enjoy the front of our house.

Brad Jordan was very confident that he could fix my problem. He provided the mid-range bid on the project, but he was willing to provide a written warranty for multiple years on the project. That , plus his expertise and references, caused me to use him. The project was completed in about 3-4 days. I no longer have a pond in my back yard. It is completely fixed and the solution is working fine now 5 months later. He and his workers actually did additional work at their own cost to make sure the problem would be rectified completely. I encourage anyone with a drainage issue or landscaping issue to use Absolute. They are solid, responsible, and honest. And even better, they do good work. I am very pleased.

Keith and crew with Absolute Landscaping's lawn Division: 'Green Touch' did a great job of maintaining our Zosia lawn this summer. When excessive heat and rain triggered a fungal outbreak, they were on it right away! Lawn has continued to look great all this season (Neighbors are envious!). We have tried other lawn-care services from big franchise firms like TruG*** and Chem*** with poor results - you never know when they are coming out, and they spend least amount of time possible (you blink and they're gone). We went with Absolute/GreenTouch because of quality work they did on a patio, and what they promised they could do with our lawn for less than what the big franchise firms were charging. They are a non-chain, locally owned company that offers great personal service. We have been very happy and are in discussions with Brad and Keith on how to deal with our shaded/treed back yard. We highly recommend Absolute Landscaping/Green Touch!

We have several large Junipers that had died and poor drainage near a retaining wall. They designed a plan that would remove the junipers and drain the water away from the wall and suggested a ground cover. They also replaced the sod around our yard. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. The crew was professional and prompt.

Older house that had a severely neglected backyard. Well overgrown trees, bushes, weeds, etc. Our grass was none existent and patchy at best. Plus, we had a major water run off issue which causes us to have mud flowing strongly down the center of our yard when it rained. Brad drew us up a full plan that would take the water run off into an area that would be a Dry Creek Bed that would take the water away from the house; make a very nice looking and unique rock feature in the backyard and clean out all the old bushes and trim back all the overgrowth. Plus, he would install a significant amount of new Trees, Bushes and Flowered Plants and install a new yard of sod. Plus and new sprinkler system. His team went right to work, even as the rain came down in buckets they kept working. After one day the yard already had a major transformation and by Day 3 you could see the vision in place. The work was done on time; on budget and looks absolutely amazing. You would never guess what we had could look as good as what we have. My wife and I couldn't be happier and we would highly recommend Brad and his team at Absolute Landscape. [Member names removed]

I have been having problems controlling and redirecting the drainage of rainwater away from my house when it rains hard. Brad came out to look at my problems and was able to come up with a rough design outlining a solution on the spot. The next day I received a detailed quote and a design sketch describing the proposed work. The Absolute Landscape crews did a good job on digging the trenches, laying drainage pipe, constructing the French Drain system, and cleaning up after the work was done. In addition, their landscaping work involving pruning of shrubs and bushes, mulching of flower beds, and general cleanup, all of which was done well. All work was completed in two days and looks great. I anticipate that the work done by Absolute Landscape will fix the water drainage issues I have been having, and I would definitely consider them again for any future landscape work that needs to be done.

We had a major issue with erosion behind our home. The bank behind our house was eroding at an alarming rate which was jeopardizing the stability of our land and structure of our home. I contacted several contractors to do the work and was not at all happy with the solutions they recommended and shocked by the price they quoted. Absolute was doing a similar block wall 2 houses away from me. I continually checked the project as it progressed to see how the work would be completed. When that project was done I contacted Absolute Landscape to estimate and give me a quote for the work. He was very prompt and came up with several options to obtain the best possible solution for this issue. He quoted the price and I was shocked at how low he actually was. His quote came in about 10K less then my lowest estimate from other contractors. Brad was very thorough in his estimate, scope of work to be done and his solutions to make this project as successful as possible. He was very attentive to my questions and answered them in a very professional manner. His suggestion to build a 2 tier wall actually saved me money and it added about 6 feet to our property while maintaining a buffer to a natural stream. His crew also suggested to have the runoff from the downspouts redirected underground and to the runoff stream to further protect from erosion. The work started and due to weather and rain it didn't allow them to continue for a few days. He had his crew come to the house and lay tarps over the excavated area to protect runoff, further erosion and to avoid dirt runoff to adjoining properties. They also adjusted my irrigation system so that I was getting the most out of it. They added a few more heads and fixed a few broken ones. Work continued and was completed very quick and to my complete satisfaction. I am extremely happy with his work and the work of his crew. They worked hard, they clean up the property as they were going along and left my property in the same condition as when they first arrived. Being so impressed with his work, I have recommended him to others. I have just hired him to also do our fertilization maintenance. Absolute Landscape works in a very professional manner and ensures the work is being done correctly with many visits to the job site throughout the process. I would recommend him 100% to anyone needing work to their properties.

Brad provided details about how the transplant would be handled and then provided an estimate for the work. His crew showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. They protected the lawn from any damage from the Bobcat that was used to move the tree; dug far enough out to make sure they had all the tree roots; wrapped the root ball to keep the soil around the tree roots intact. When the tree was put into the new hole they added all the fertilizer and nutrients that would ensure the tree thrived in the growing space. The crew even worked with us to ensure the tree faced the right direction when looking at it from our deck. The next day the owner called us to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right. Very professional crew and job well done.

Brad came out to inspect the problem within a day of my call. He thoroughly explained to me his plan to eliminate our basement leak. My husband and I liked the approach as it will prevent water from coming into the basement rather than collect water when it comes in. The quote of the project was within our budget and the payment schedule was very reasonable. We eagerly waited for the project to start. There was a little bit of delay, I guess because Brad had other projects going on. He had men move our AC unit which will be in the way of excavation, it was a good that we did not need it since it was towards winter. My red-twig dogwood bushes were also carefully dug up as they will also be in the way of all the digging. As in projects like these, there are unforeseen circumstances. When the men started digging, some roots from old cut-down trees damaged a water pipe which caused us to have no water for a few hours. Brad sent a plumber at once to fix the pipe. Subsequently, there was also a pipe leak inside the basement which the plumber also repaired quickly. There was no extra charge for this service. The 2 men who went into our basement were very professional. All in all the project took 3 days to finish- a reasonable sacrifice for a dry basement that we could now use as extra office space. At present, the rye grass is greener than the rest of our lawn, our AC unit is back in place and will be serviced in the spring, my red twig dogwood bushes are back where they belong and are hibernating -can't wait to see them wake up in the spring. But most importantly, when it's pouring, we sleep through the night. No more rude awakenings from the water alarm, no more back breaking dumping of water. Our basement is DRY and finally ready for new carpeting!!! In the spring or summer, we are thinking of getting Absolute Landscape again to do some under the deck paving. We are sure that we will receive the same quality of work! We absolutely recommend Brad and Absolute Landscape!

They manage the entire yard including turf care and shrub pruning. I have been using them for the past 10 years and my yard always looks wonderful. My yard looks much better now then when I bought my home 10 years ago. I am often asked by a neighbor...'who does your yard, it looks great'. I have recommended them to several people who have used them, and they have all had the same great results.

There were 3 men that came out. The workers were professional and nice. They cleaned up when they were done. They were very prompt.

It went great!There were no hidden costs or surprise charges. The job was started and completed on time. The crew was very professional, they all spoke English and were well informed of the project. They were able to give me daily updates and answer my questions when the owner was not on site. They also thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished! The yard, driveway, etc. Our yard actually ended up looking like the drawing we were provided with before the work started! We did make some minor changes along the way, but this went smoothly too.
