Very nice, helpful. On time. When determining the cause of the problem he found a roofing issue that had caused the electrical problem. That issue was going to need to be addressed so I asked Malcomb if he knew of any roofers who could help. He did and helped to arrange having that issue looked at too.

Malcolm was very professional and extremely helpful. He offered suggestions and ideas to enhance my lighting needs in my cabin. The cabin was not very well lit, and Malcolm suggested putting can lights in the kitchen area with some LED under cabinet lights that did the job. He also helped with additional wiring inside and outside of the cabin. I had him do some additional work on top of the contracted work. He did this work in a very expeditious manner and did what I considered above and beyond what I expected. He was very fair with his pricing. Malcolm is my electrician of choice.

I explained the problem with no electricity to my outlets and Malcom Hicks directed me on what to do and he fixed the problem without even coming to my home and charging me! I was stunned. He could have come to my house and charged me, but he was glad to help me out with no charge. I will definitely call him again and really appreciated his kindness.

Malcolm was on time, in budget and easy to work with. There was a small problem with one of the switches, but he took care of it right away. We didn't have a big project, but lots of little ones that took about two days.

Mr. Hicks was knowledgeable, did what he said he would do, and was very reasonable about the price. He will have all of my future electrical business.
