+ -1 moreThe tile we received from Zumpano was not the same tile we purchased in the showroom. In trying to resolve the matter, we found is that you can rarely reach a live person on the phone at Zumpano Enterprises. Before you hire them for anything or make a purchase from them, try speaking to someone over the phone, or leave a message and see if anyone calls you back. If you're ok with no response, this is the company for you.
Description of Work: Went to Zumpano showroom, chose our tile, contractor picked up tile and installed in our house. In the showroom the tile is lightly polished, no pitting. The tile received is honed, dirty, dull, and pitted. Hoped to get nothing more than advice from Zumpano but cannot get them to answer their phones or call back when voice mails are left.
