GREAT! Dave was so knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I don’t have dogs. And the previous owner said he had steamed the carpets himself. We still decided we wanted our carpets cleaned. Then Dave showed us (using blue light) all of the spots in just about every room where the previous owner’s dog had urinated. Yes, the price was more but it was worth it!

Technician was very professional and friendly. Reviewed options before service and reviewed areas after cleaning. But a few areas including carpet where ottoman feet sat did not come clean with Zero Rez. I suggested a longer spot treatment before extraction. Tech indicated it would not help. Total service visit was 50 minutes, including consultation and review.

Text a couple days before with time frames was easy to understand and to confirm. Both teams called before arriving. Both teams were here overlapping their work and it was seamless. Work done was excellent - carpets looked very clean. Had some stains in one of the rooms and the tech explained carefully what he would try and was actually able to get those out.

Jared was professional and prompt. He asked initially what carpeting needed cleaning and reviewed price that was quoted over phone. He was pleasant and efficient. He scrubbed a specific area and got the spot out! I would recommend Zerorez cleaning to friends and neighbors!!

The carpet looked fine while it was wet but when it dried it looked the same as it did before it was supposedly cleaned! They charged me a extra $80 for carpet deodorizer an couldn’t even smell it! Total waste of money $266.00

Technician Logan did a great job. Despite a major snow storm, Logan stopped on the way to my house to chain up. He arrived a little late wet and cold. Despite all this, he did a thorough job of cleaning my carpets. I have used ZeroRez several times in last four years. They are consistently good and profesdional.

I was able to schedule the cleaning on the same day I called. Easy to schedule a time and the cleaning guys came when they said they would. They did a great job and our stair runner looks like new! They even offered to do other rugs around our house! Will definitely use them again.

The cleaners were courteous and friendly. They were prompt and did a thorough job with cleaning the designated areas. However, they only used a narrow protective runner (with leaves stuck on it) over our large entryway area rug which was not being cleaned, and the hose didn’t always stay on the runner. The cleaners acknowledged having a leak in their hose as they wiped up small puddles of water. They noted that puddles were left at the home they just came from, so they were aware of the problem. Thankfully the puddles were on the area that is luxury vinyl flooring (looks like wood) and could easily be wiped up, but left smear marks. A small amount of dirt was also tracked in, which the cleaner graciously wiped up when requested. Must have been on the hose since the cleaners wore shoe covers? The carpets are cleaned, but now the large vinyl area is dirtier. Expected better from ZeroRez which we have used twice before in our previous much larger house with stairs. Our current home is one level and smaller area, but cost the same.

Representative on the phone were personable and helpful. Luke, who cleaned the carpets was very pleasant, thorough and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

It was a very easy process. The tech (Darrel) was prompt, friendly, and professional.

Had to babysit this young man. He started hauling in the big vacuum hoses without placing corner guards. It was scrapping on my wooden stairwell posts and doors. I had to tell him to stop and put in place. He seemed miffed. Then he wasn't wearing booties over his shoes. I told him he had to put them on. (Light color carpet, snowing outside, shoes wet). He didn't move any light weight bedroom chairs and table to get underneath. I stepped in and moved them. I told him last year they moved them without asking? He seemed irritated. Then he didn't wipe up any overspray on our wood floors and stairs. I ended up having too. Left our carpets soaking wet, especially steps. After he left, I threw towels down and stepped on them to absorb all the excess water. Honestly, I've used them last year and they were awesome! Not sure what has happened since then? Probably training. He seemed rushed. This was an 9:00 appt too!
