I wanted a deep clean but I don't think they knew what a deep clean was. They came in and started doing what they wanted to do. The guy finally quit calling me last week after I told he that he didn't tell his people what I wanted. I walked through with you to tell you what needed to be done. So they came into the office like they were cleaning somebody's house. They said, we can do this room next week. I said no you can't do that because sometimes we have people in here in every room, one or two days a week, or more. You have to check each room when you come in and see what needs to be done and do it. They didn't do that. They might do good at somebody's house. I just think the guy who owns it didn't prepare them for what needed to be done. He didn't write notes. I ended up tell him that he didn't tell his people I needed a deep cleaning. All they had to say was they didn't know what a deep clean was or you didn't know how to deep clean. Instead of coming in there and wasting both of our times. He actually told me, I felt like once they got in there and started cleaning, then you would see how well they cleaned and then you could just direct them to do what you need them to do. It doesn't work like that. Not when your person is telling me he doesn't do dishes. We have a kitchen in our office and dishes left in the sink need to be washed. So I'm going to pay you to come in here and clean and then I have to wash dishes? I sent him pictures of what the place looked liked after they left of the dust and cob webs. I didn't pay him anything because they didn't vacuum one of the rooms and they didn't vacuum behind the door. They mopped the floors but they didn't wipe down the bathroom stalls. I think the price he quoted was kind of high. Both crews were late. The first crew acted like they didn't understand what I was saying.
