I had service for several years, started out well, then went down hill. When my yard started looking bad I got the feeling they weren't actually treating it (still billing me though). I called to cancel, they offered to use granular so I could verify treatment. That worked for a while, then I noticed I was getting less and less treatment, the yard looked awful. Then after a 'treatment", I noticed no product at all on the yard. I called to cancel and explained why. I was told I wouldn't be billed for the final non-treatment, but I got billed anyway. They called twice in one day demanding payment, both times I explained, and both said they would take care of it. Then I got an email demanding payment. I paid it to protect my credit. Do not do business with these people. You will get constant cold calls offering additional services, even if you ask them not to call, at peak season, three or four calls a week. They are incompetent and unethical.
