Work was quickly completed to satisfaction of tenant. We eagerly await the next heavy rain to test the performance of the system.

Randy accurately diagnosed the problem and expedited a crew to come out very quickly. The crew was hardworking, careful and and put the site back together and cleaned up nicely. We have had several hard rains, and no wet basement. Great job!

Randy, my Sundry Waterproofing rep was very courteous and accommodating to my work request. He was very flexible in identifying alternative solutions that would do the job, and fit in my budget. Randy and his team actually did more work than originally contracted, hence going above and beyond my initial request. I would recommend them to anyone looking to complete good structural and foundation repair.

The crew that came out was on time, educated on the project, friendly, and easy to work with. Randy Vereen came out quickly, on a Saturday I might add, and got me an estimate on the spot. He took my call and answered all my questions. As a real estate agent I'm always appreciative of a great job and these guys perfomed. When I had questions they answered. Thanks Sundry.

I had an estimate based on a full days work. The job was completed in 90 minutes. They did not have to dig outside any more than a few inches. When I brought up the high price for the actual time spent, I was told they did not work on an hourly basis, but on a value for the job. After much discussion, they did reduce the price by 10 %, but that was totally inadequate given the time and effort involved in completing the job.

They arrived late as they were scheduled to be at the house between 8:30 - 9:00, they showed at about 9:30. I asked for a call about ten minutes before arrival so that I could take my dogs out for their business. They did call, but it was only about 5 minutes before they arrived and I had to scramble to put the dogs back in the house. The work was acceptable, however I will now have to try to cover up the gravel that was spread over the drainage hose so that it does not look so rough. The gravel will run down the hill and I will have to install a small landscaping border so that it does not happen. They installed a block wall around the a/c condenser, but it is not flush. It sticks out about 1" on the corner.

They were on time, professional and high quality. Don't under estimate the clean up time as there was concrete dust everywhere. All in all, a great job at a fair price. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone considering a waterproofing project.

The contractors were friendly. They have been back twice since the work was completed. I am waiting for it to rain again to see if the problem has been resolved. I do believe that it has been resolved. There was a lack of concern for taking care of my personal property. I was told that the furniture would be covered completely, it was not. I have white carpet in my basement, it was not covered. It was soiled from the mud. The work was good, I did not expect this much cleanup.

They did a nice job putting in a French Dain I did not need. Managemnt was polite and gave a full refund. Make sure you need what they advise but at least management took responsability.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly workers. The installation of the crawlspace drainage system was done in the estimated time frame given, and the new concrete on the front porch looks great.

Customer service and responsiveness to additional requests to remedy recurring problem after initial installation was good. I am uncertain if the initial assessment properly identified the source of problem prior to the company making a recommendation.
