Quality work for a great price

They came up with a solution to fix our water problem in our basement. Explained what cause the problem. Setup the appointment. They followed up with a call several days ahead of time to let us know what time we should expect the crew. Everyone was very polite and professional. Cleaned everything up. Did a great job and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. A great perk is the warranty of their work.

Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job and worked both quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to have done business with SunDry and will keep them in mind for future projects.

Mario understood my issue and came up with a solution to solve the problem but also addressed the issue that was continuously causing the problem. The other companies could solve the problem but didn't address the cause. This was very important to me. Curt was my point of contact. He did an excellent job and helped me with all of the financing and any concerns I had. The crew was outstanding. Professional, Timely, Clean, and Courteous. A job well done.

They will come to visit the site on March 16th. Since they have not started, I can not comment on their work.

Sundry lived up to their name with quality work, timeliness and great value. They started on Oct 21 and finished on Oct.25 as had been quoted. Left each day and cleaned the work area each day. Workers were professional and worked constantly. There was a big difference when the work was completed than when it started. I would recommend them to anyone.

Flooring no longer sags, and the underside support structure is fixed. Still have to replace warped floor boards, but that must be handled by another business.

All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000.

Very professional team.

They fixed the problem and did the work in half the time. Were clearly aiming for customer satisfaction as they involved me in all there decisions on project.

So far so good. They did everything exactly as rep described; were pleasant and finished on time. The proof will be if problem is solved long term. There is a transferable warranty.
