Excellent. They came and gave a fair estimate on Friday. On Monday they came and fixed my leaking basement, installed french drains around my driveway to cure the mushy ground. While at my house they covered my furniture,floor and things with plastic to protect them from the process. They cleaned up when they left. My sprinkler system did not work and I was afraid to pay them the full amount until it was repaired. They said no problem call your sprinkler man and let us know the cost of repair. They did not cut the sprinkler wire instead it was the rain cut off switch preventing the system from starting. They were easy to get along with

An excellent experience from beginning to end. From the initial sales call to the completion of the assignment. Everyone was nice, professional and punctual. Most importantly my den is DRY. I've have and will continue to speak highly of Mario and the crew at Sundry.

My experience with SunDry was very good. I am very pleased with their work, and my basement has not had a leak after the waterproofing work was completed last year.

The crew arrive on time. Keith and Kurt kept me inform from the beginning until completion. Mario was very professional along with the others associates.

Randy showed up on time for the estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional, and well dressed. I accepted their offer for a drainage system. The team showed up on time on date specified on contract. There was Angelo and two other team members. They were very professional and hard working. They finished the job in four hours. After finishing Angelo went over everything that was done and how it works. I am very satisfied. Also their work came with a life time warranty.

Mario showed up on a day when water was running everywhere and assisted me with removing some - which I appreciated. The work was done on the date promised and in the 1-day timeframe given. It, of course, hasn't rained so I haven't been able to see the sump pump in action. My only problem was the ENORMOUS amount of concrete DUST! Some plastic should have been hung over my basement door to keep the dust out of the upper levels of my home. Everything in my finished basement was (and still is) covered with fine dust. It will take several cleanings to get it all up. I would recommend SunDry but would warn about the dust.

Arrived as scheduled and completed the work in the time as estimated. Clean up was very good. No heavy rains since the installation in the crawl space, but it appeared dry during the last two moderate rainfalls. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work.

The workers were excellent, curteous and very professional. The job was completed in 1 day instead of 2 days as initially stated. They cleaned up very well. I am totally pleased with them and would recommend to anyone.

With all of the wet weather we have had they were very busy and it took a month to get them in to do the work. Once on site they found that my leak was too bad for the smaller leak solution and had to regroup. I will commend them though that they did make arraingments to finish my extended situation and actually stayed very late on a Friday night to ensure it got done. We did have more rain after the project was completed and everything was dry in my basement.

BASED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NEVER USE THIS CO. AGAIN. WORK THAT WAS DONE HAS LIFETIME WARRENTY, BUT IT BECOMES USELESS WHEN YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE TO CORRECT ISSUES. THE FEEDBACK HAD TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN BEFORE YOU NEEDED THEM FOR ANY QUESTIONS. GREAT SERVICE TO GET THE SELL, THAN POOF NOTHING.

Mario & his crew did a fine professional job. He & the rest of the crew were respectful, prompt & very helpful. They worked hard and put in very long hours. I would use them again and have recommended Sundry to two of my friends.

They provided a large team to accomplish the job in less than one day. They discovered a problem when they started to work and had to change the method of waterproofing but were equipped to make the adjustment and didn't charge us the extra that, had they known at the time of the quote, would have been substantially more money. SunDry is a first class, honest and efficient company with polite, knowledgeable employees. We would recommend them highly to anyone.

I was originally contracted for drains and a sump pump. Mario thought it would save money for an electrician and on the power bill to lay a natural drain. It didn't change my cost to install, but he said sump pumps wear out after a couple years saving a replacement cost. Sounded reasonable? I did however appreciate Randy working with me on the contract cost, I found him to be excellent to work with! Being a single mom, he helped to keep my cost low and I have since recommended them to another single lady.
