I don't know much about the topic so it's hard to rate quality or value. They came out quickly, knew exactly what the problem was, told me how to fix it and at what cost. Came out on time, fixed it at the same cost quoted, and were out the door.

SunDry came out and inspected the area where the water was coming and made a suggestion but in the mean time they spoke of how Aquaguard was a rip off. So I called Aquaguard who gave a crazy price but found somethings Sundry did not but since I couldn't afford the price I went with Sundry who then addressed those areas too. When the crew came out they told me the plan was not the best and allowed them to change it to a "better" solution but cost $400 then they decided I didn't need the dehumidifier. Ok they know best. Now I have mold and need a dehumidifier asking for $500 more. The cost climbing.

I've been trying to get a leak fixed in my basement for six months...every company I spoke with did not listen to the solution I wanted, until Sundry. They provided me the solution I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay.....no more leaks!

All I got was 99 problems! Sundry wrote up a report and offered a lifetime guarantee and promised me "no more water in the basement". Less than a week later there was water in my basement. After another inspection they said that it was from a different source and they would "NOT KEEP THEIR WORD". They messed up on their initial inspection and would not honor their commitment. I would NEVER use this company again. Also be weary of their "weasely" wording in the beginning. They charge extra for completing the job. They would not replace the sheetrock they took off and left live wires exposed

I had a very positive experience with Sundry Waterproofing. The three man team that arrived at my house was really professional and did an outstanding job explaining to my wife and I the sequence of events they were going to do to complete my project. It was raining on the day of my project and things got pretty muddy in and outside my house and upon completion of my system, the team thoroughly cleaned both areas better than they found it. I am very happy that I went with this company and the team consisting of Jhonatan Aquinada, Jamie Flores and Necta Pena made my experience a "Positive" one.

Very polite work team. The price for the Proflow system was reasonable. Earth very saturated from rainy periods and system was needed four days after it was installeld. It worked then in taking the water out. I am praying for a continued dry basement.

I thought they did a good job, they arrived as scheduled and when I asked them about the repairs they were doing they were happy to answer all my questions. It hasn't rain much since they put the drainage in so I'll have to wait and see how well it works when we get the next heavy rainfall.

They were professional and courteous. They explained what they were going to do. They called the day before they performed the service. They cleaned up and I am pleased so far. Sundry was very reasonable and I like that when I needed to get additional information after they performed the service they called me back. So far the rain has not came in. I do have some insects and worms when they put the fench drain. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee and a 100% guarantee with a certificate to show.

CONTACTED COMPANY HAD IMMIEDIATE RESPONSE - CAME OUT AND CHECK HOUSE WORKED UP ESITIMATE TO REPAIR. WAS UNABLE FINANCIAL TO HAVE EVERYTHING DONE, CONTRACTOR UNDERSTOOD AND WE DISCUSSED WHICH REPAIR WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT AT THIS TIME. THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THS SAID THEY WOULD (REALLY LIKED THAT) COMPLETED JOB CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. WHERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I CAN DO REST OF REPAIRS - WILL NOT HESITATE TO CAME THEM.

Everyone was very professional. The estimator, Mario was here exactly at the time promised and reviewed the alternative solutions and ended up recommending the least invasive, but effective. The crew was here on time and completed the job in a very professional manner. Clean-up was complete and everything was restored.

They came when they said they would, I paid them only after completing the job, They were very proffesional. At present it looks like they did an exceptional job

Could not be more pleased! Great people! Honest! Timely! It has rained 4 times since the job was completed and not one single drop of water has gotten in my basement. We got estimates from several companies. All but SunDry tried to sell us more than we needed. SunDry told us what we needed and stand by there work with a life time transferable warranty! Great Job!
