They did install a pump and gutter so the water will be pumped out. They also fix the leaks location however, when it rains, the water is still going through the leak that were supposed to be fixed. I call them and they told that they will come and put some kind od cover so I will not see that. I am not sure this is what I should expect them to do.

The work was done in a day and the workers were very professional. I would recommend them if you need crawlspace waterproofing.

This group is thorough, fast, polite, and far exceeded any expectations I had. They explained each and every step in detail. The area seems to be dry now. I am assured the mold will not be a problem.

John and his crew did an excellent job with the installation and the clean up after. John walked me thru the process before the job and after, and answered all my questions. Repaired water leakage in basement room and extended 3 downspouts.

The job was small and luckily took less time than originally estimated. Very well priced for the work that was needed--I had other estimates that were higher and did not encompass as much as was done by Sundry. I would use again and recommend to others. The crew that came out was courteous and efficient.

After moving into a new house and immediately having a water main break - which flooded part of the basement - we had SunDry evaluate our foundation for water issues. Keith came out and spent a good deal of time assessing our situation, and he ultimately explained in easy to understand detail that we had no significant foundation issue. He also described what to look for and what might cause issues. He did this at no charge to us. We were so impressed that we are keeping SunDry's information on-hand for when needed.

We had a problem with our garage flooding every time it rained hard. We had tried everything we knew to no avail. Randy came out and gave us an estimate. I really liked him and his recommendations and said, "Let's do it." When the workmen got here, they changed Randy's recommendation of a sump pump to a drain flow that included pop-up drains. The men worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will not know if the drain system works until it rains, but all indications are that our home will not be safe and dry.

I looked at lots of different companies. These guys were the cheapest AND the most qualified AND the most knowledgable, so we went with them. They did the job beyond my satisfaction. They came up with a custom solution instead of trying to sell me an expensive one-size-fits-all package that I neither needed nor could afford. They answered the multitude of questions I had before, during, and after the job. I was not an easy customer, but that didn't stop them from giving me flawless service.

Very professional; I was not familiar with the process but they did a good job conveniencing me of the importance to prevent further problems; the workers were great from the beginning to the end!
