They are awful!!!!! Do not buy W/D from Home Depot!!! They scheduled a delivery with me didn’t show up while we waited at home all day even though was given 4 hour window. No phone number to call. Found out they came by but thought the driveway was too steep. They didn’t call us to find out there’s side entrance. We spoke to manger who assured us it would be noted next time - 3 days later. Same thing. Driver doesn’t think his truck can get up driveway and drives away. No phone call!!

Do NOT buy a washer and dryer at Home Depot because it will be "delivered" by Spirit. My delivery driver called me at noon on my scheduled delivery day telling me he was 25 minutes away. I walked outside making sure there were not obstacles for delivery and waited. Driver never showed up and I never received a follow-up call from the driver. I call the driver back two times and no answer. Called back a few hours later and driver finally picked up. He told me he was unable to deliver my unit and that he called his boss and they should have contacted me. Again, zero phone call from the driver or Spirit telling me of any issues. I asked him if he was going to deliver my unit and he kept telling me I had to call customer service that my window had been missed. I called customer service. To start the call the lady was especially rude. Took multiple times to confirm my address and get to the point in the call where we would actually talk about the issues at hand. Once we finally exchanged way more information that what was needed, she told me (again in a very rude tone) that the next available delivery date was in 10 days. I kindly told her that was unacceptable, and a compromise needs to be reached to put my unit on a truck and delivered sooner. I offered to pick up the appliance from the warehouse, pick up the unit from Home Depot or Pick up the unit literally anywhere. I just wanted my appliance at this point and I as wiling to go out of my way to get it. Escalated the call to the “manager”. Same story, was told the next available delivery would be in 10 days. There was zero compromise on there side and zero reconciliation for the driver’s error. I was told the unit could not be picked up from Home Depot since it was already at the warehouse. Essentially there was zero way for me to get my unit other than wait 10 days and just hope that the driver finally delivers it. If the delivery did not take place when it was scheduled I had zero confidence it would be delivered the second time around. This logic was lost on the customer service team. When asked what company I was speaking too they told me “GE” as in General Electric. My reaction was to say “you are telling me that GE, the global conglomerate has this level of customer service?” I was in genuine shock. I had the lady repeat the name of the company two more times and again, I was told GE. Sure enough, it was Spirit Logistics. I ended up canceling my order with Home Depot (after spending 4 hours on the phone with Home Depot) and ordering at Lowes and picking up in store. Spirit Delivery is engaging in customer fraud and a class action law suit needs to be taken against this company.

if you buy from home depot you are stuck with this company. home depot is their customer, as they are their 3rd party delivery contractor, so therefore you as the individual and home depot's customer don't matter to them. we purchased 1200 in appliances and had a delivery date set at the store. we were told spirit would call to confirm the delivery window of 4 hours the day before. that did not happen. I called the day of and found out on my own that it would be between 2-6 with a 30 minute call prior to arrival via automated system. by 515 we still had no call and no appliances. we called home depot, there is nothing they can do, we tried to call spirit, they have 3 numbers in GA, 2 don't work and one rings into eternity. we received an automated call finally at 530 and the 2 person team was here at 645. the team was good and they did the work well, but they were obviously tired and unmotivated. they apologized for the delay but it was hard to blame them. we were told that they have yet another installation after ours and they left here at 830pm. obviously the scheduler is the problem. not sure why so many jobs are scheduled in the same day and why they are unable to communicate the delays to the customer.
