He called me very quickly the day I submitted the request before I even logged off. I liked their product and what he had to say in the presentation. His price was not the lowest but the (drip guard) product is something that I need to protect my fascia, etc. He also will do a bi-annual inspection.

Everything about the work was very good. They both responded as completed the work in a very timely manner. I would definitely use again.

We hired SmartGutter to replace our gutters as well as fix some fascia and soffit that was rotting on our house. The initial consult which was free Sonny took 4 hours to inspect everything around our house and let us know exactly what it would cost before he left. He was extremely thorough and patient with all of our questions. We had some rodent issues and were pressed to get these new gutters up quickly. They worked us into the schedule right away and went above and beyond to get it done for us. We had one small issue on the side of the house, I didn't like the way the gutter was leading up to our chimney. I called Sonny and no questions asked they had someone out the very next day and fixed it to our liking. I would recommend SmatGutter and their products if you’re looking for great gutters and awesome customer service.

We worked with Sonny Gallardo to install our All Weather Armor gutter guards. Sonny was great from start to finish, walking us through selecting the best guards for our needs and describing the procedure for our install. He made the process very easy with his professional demeanor and approach to our project.

They kept in contact during a stormy time and made sure to get guys out as fast as possible. They did not pressure for extra buys and it shows the product stands for itself. Kevin was amazing and Scott's customer service went above and beyond. I'm thankful for the crew that was sent out. They worked fast and efficiently. With a lifetime warranty you can't beat it.

I am very pleased with the gutter replacement work provided by Smart Gutter. Sonny,SG project manager, completed a thorough inspection of the gutters and provided me with a detailed explanation of what was required and why to replace the exising gutters. Sonny kept me up to date on each phase of the project. The installation team completed their work in a timely and professional manner. Thanks to the level of customer service provided by Sonny and his team, this was a stress free experience. Great job.

I cannot give this company a higher recommendation. If there were 6 stars for customer service, they'd get it. My consultant Sonny did an incredibly thorough analysis, spending 2-3 hours taking photos and determining exactly how much fascia and downspout needed replacement. They ultimately matched (actually beat) a previously quoted, very competitive price. The initial install was delayed because of rains and a couple crew members coming down with Covid. But one of the company owners showed up personally to apologize and agreed to have his team work on a Saturday to get it completed as we had more significant rain in the forecast and desperately needed the gutters. Not only was the job well done and professional, the cleanup was spectacular; even to the point of blowing off a driveway that was nowhere close to clean before they arrived. Sonny was on site and worked a full day with the crew. I cannot say enough about his effort. Smart Gutter is out of California and is relatively new to GA so they don't have as many reviews as other companies. But you just can't go wrong with this company imo. Great product, solid work, and FANTASTIC service.

It was really good. I spoke with 2 different people. Kevin was good in explaining the details. He did a good presentation on the gutter guards. The technician-Sonny was good at explaining the whole process on why the gutter and fascia should be replaced.

It was outstanding. Everything was perfect.
