+ 0 moreFrank Beaven and Safeguard Protection Services are AWESOME. Installation was excellent, and they are very flexible in cases where I want to do some tinkering on my own (e.g, remote access and integration with my home automation systems). Most alarm companies get cagey when you want to do your own work. Safeguard gives me as much support as I want or need, in a timely manner, at a very reasonable rate. :) They even let me know well ahead of time when my older-technology cellular communicators were becoming obsolete and gave me a much better deal than I could have gotten anywhere else on replacements. Monitoring services are also very competitively priced, and their performance is spot-on – seems like I get a call in seconds after something trips. Can't say enough good things about these guys. I'm a raving fan...and a customer for life!

+ -1 moreThey scheduled to install appointments and in both cases the installer never showed up or called. This was in the same WEEK! Called their customer service rep/installer scheduler TIM and he did not know what was going on. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be changing alarm monitoring companies and advise that no one uses this company as I have heard from many neighbors that their company is VERY UNRELIABLE and their customer service is very poor. Stay away!
