Description of Work: Rahmel from Roto-Rooter solved a clogged drain problem. He considered all the possibilities before starting work. He was very thorough and checked everything carefully when the work was finished. I appreciated his attention to detail, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. The problem was solved!

Description of Work: Replaced existing kitchen disposal with new in less than 1 hour.

Description of Work: Identified the blockage in underground drain line with camera and cleared the blockage with a high pressure water unit. Very pleased with service of Big John the tech who did the work.

Description of Work: Our neighbors called them in because of backup into their basement. Our sewer lines are joined before going to the county line and we were at higher ground so did not know about the problem until we saw Rotorooter digging up the lines. They were about to sever our line without investigating until I told them about the join. They verified my concern and made the repair cost very much higher than originally quoted to our neighbors. We both paid too much and although the repairs are working we still need to have a jet cleaning service of the line annually to ensure flow. We use Zurn Plumbing for this service and have been satisfied.

Description of Work: Kostadin did an outstanding job for us. Initially, we were told someone would arrive between 8-9AM so my husband stayed home from work to meet him and nobody showed up until 10AM. Then, it was hard to get in touch with Roto Rooter after the quote Kostadin provided because we called the number to schedule and never got a call back, so I called Kostadin's cell phone and he worked us in immediately. Kostadin was very knowledgable and resourceful. We were very impressed that he completed some very challenging work on a leaky pipe in our crawlspace without any assistance. While the price was higher than what we were quoted by others, we didn't mind paying more for good service. We anticipate we'll be using Kostadin again when we decide to re-line our sewer line sometime soon. Thanks to Kostadin for his great work.

Description of Work: Pulled toilet in hall bath and ran sewer line. Tech was very polite and took great care in not making a mess and cleaning up afterwards. High recommend there services.

Description of Work: Changed pressure valve on hot water heater. I didn't have any water. Told estimated time 2 hours for emergency service, changed to next day appointment after 4 hour wait. Good arrival time, professional service. However, no hot water next am so had to come back - forgot to relight pilot.

Description of Work: I called them on Saturday to come fix a toilet problem. They set up an appointment for Sunday between 12 and 2. I received a call that said all technicians were busy and they would send someone as soon as possible. This was from the dispatching office. So I called the main office after 3 hours of waiting and they told me that they only had one tech in the Marietta area and that was the reason for the delay. When I heard from dispatch again to say someone would be out as soon as possible I told them about the single tech in my area and they argued with me. I just canceled my appointment with them. I will never call them again.
