I was referred to ProSource by my installer. I worked with Steven who was absolutely great. He had a lot of knowledge about flooring and was very helpful. I was able to find a beautiful, reasonably priced discontinued wood that worked out great for me. The quality of the wood was great. My experience at ProSource was very good and I already picked out carpet that I want installed next.

Prosource has an amazing selection of tile, carpet and hardwood, etc. I had a very specific want/need for my tile - darker in color and look like natural stone. I looked at a lot of places and was not able to find what I wanted. They showed my a lot of different tiles and even went to catalogs to find additional choices. When I found something I liked I needed a few tiles for color. etc. They called the rep for the manufacturer and he was in another part of the state, but had some samples with him. He dropped them off at Prosource the next day. Prosource was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and went over and above to get what I needed. They have installers they can recommend if you need someone and have very strict requirements for these installers. Among other things they must be reliable and do quality work. The carpet installer I called to give me a quote returned my call within hours and came the next day to measure. I had a quote a couple of days later. I had a wonderful experience with Prosource and highly recommend them.

A recommendation: • Bertolli Floors (installer) • ProSource (supplier) We got estimates from three top-rated flooring installers on Angie’s List. Bertolli was chosen because they were the only one who checked our subfloors and told us the particle board would absolutely need to be replaced with plywood before a hardwood installation. (We could have had an unpleasant surprise except for Bruno Bertolli.) Bertolli’s prices were fair and competitive. We choose hardwoods and carpet from ProSource in Norcross because they partner with Bertolli on projects. We contracted for a top-quality prefinished solid oak flooring for our entire upstairs and replacement carpet for the living room. ProSource’s prices were also competitive. Donna at ProSource worked with us to get just the right products. However, when the hardwood floor material turned out to be full of defects, Bertolli installers stopped the installation and, with my approval, removed the flooring and returned it to ProSource, who promptly and without problem exchanged all the flooring for our alternate-choice wood floor. This was seamless and painless—with no additional cost to us thanks to Bertolli and ProSource. I am a very particular individual . . . I found a some flaws in the installation. Bruno Bertolli and I worked out a fair solution, and I am 150% satisfied. I experienced Bertolli’s reputation; they always will make it right.
