They did an incredible job and I'm so glad that I hired Paula to clean my home. I would recommend her and her team to anyone needing home cleaning service.

Cleaned what they were told to clean. Did a good job. Needed no supervision and didn't bother me during their work. Just how I like it!

Three girls arrived and performed a deep cleaning on the house. I was very pleased with the work performed, because there were three people working it didn't take more than 3 hours to complete the job. I was very impressed.

Last minute I contacted Paula and asked how quickly I could get an appointment for a deep clean with unexpected out of town guests arriving within 24 hours. Paula was extremely responsive and worked to fit me in the schedule. She and her team arrived and by the time our guests were here for the night our home was spotless! Plan to continue with bi-monthly cleanings.

Paula is very responsive and professional. I have pets in the house that love to escape. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Paula is an animal lover who is very careful about pets in the house. You can tell she knows what she's doing by the way she treats different cleaning surfaces. It's nice to have someone trustworthy that pays attention to the little details. After a number of bad experiences with big name cleaning franchises, I'm glad to say that I will never be going back. Paula got everything done in half the time.

The ladies arrived on time and they were fantastic.. They cleaned the first two levels of my home which included the refrigerator, oven and moved the washer/dryer out of the way so that they can clean the floor underneath - it was filthy. They cleaned the desk in my office - I had not seen the surface of that desk in months. Then they moved down to the basement which is actually a full one bedroom room apartment with kitchen area - this is a separate little house and the cleaning was spectacular. I am sitting in my house feeling like the Queen of Sheba. I would definitely hire them again and refer to my friends and family....My Thanks, HM Garnett.

Their was a mix up and Paula arrived late went to wrong home, we were very pleased with the work performed my wife had a laundry list and overall my wife was pleased and she is no push over.

Three people took 3-4 hours. House was pretty dirty.

Excellent service! I contacted Paula's cleaning to help with my parents home, and she contacted me back the same day (on a Sunday too!) They were able to come by Monday to assess and give a quote and cleaned by Tuesday morning. My parents were very happy with the job, their punctuality, and the end results of their cleaning. Compared to other services I've used in the past, Paula's cleaning was the best! I have already recommended her to friends, as well as plan on using her for my own home soon. Thanks so much!

The first few months were great. The last time was horrible Floor was not cleaned well. Bathrooms not cleaned at all and dirty dishes put away without washing. I took pictures and told Paula. Her response was a bit unprofessional and very defensive. Due to the inconsistency, I won't use her again or recommend to others. It was pretty bad.

Paula's teams have been continually great to work with. They are detail-oriented and leave the house spotless, and we've been even more impressed having switched from monthly cleanings to cleanings every two weeks. Paula is consistently great with scheduling and the occasional schedule adjustments due to work/holidays/visitors, etc. As I've re-iterated in a past review, we've finally found a cleaning crew that cleans to our own standards and that we feel we can trust. Our experience with Paula and her crews is consistently excellent, and I want to make sure any prospective customers know that she's running a top-notch business.

Arrived on time, in the evening, I prefer to be at home when cleaning is done. Very cooperative about arranging time to clean. hard working and efficient.

It went great the housekeepers cleaned everything I asked them to. They were fantastic !

We sold our townhouse and I moved to St Simons Island Georgia, the sale happened very quickly and it was a 12 day close, the attention to detail was fantastic as was the communication. Being in two places is very hard but Paula offered excellent service and I was beyond happy. It has taken me a while to write this review but she was beyond awesome. Found her on Angies List.

I just sold a condo and needed it to be thoroughly cleaned after new flooring and painting work was completed. Paula not only responded and scheduled me very quickly, but she was also a pleasure to deal with. Smart, witty, and a great sense of humor, she was very accommodating, especially dealing with me over the phone since I live in NY. She had a team of cleaners in and out of the condo in a day. They were quick, efficient, and thorough. My buyer, who was quite nit-picky, noticed that the oven drawer was overlooked by Paula's team. Paula apologized profusely and returned personally the next day to take care of the drawer. Price was negotiable and very fair, and as other things came up we always met in the middle. I couldn't have been happier with Paula. Don't look any further for your cleaner. I only wish I could use her services weekly at my residence in NY. Thanks again!

Never received service. Appointment was not kept by service provider due to a scheduling conflict on her part. However she is polite. She did give an approximate estimate over the phone, but much higher than other places but I was still willing to give her a chance had she kept appt

They were suppose to arrive at noon for a deep cleaning. I had already packed everything up to leave once they arrived. They still haven't arrived by 12:20, so I texted Paula and asked if they are going to be much late? She responded by saying that the ETA would be 1pm. I told her that is not very professional to be an hour late and not inform the customer. Then she responds by stating that she doesn't like the way I'm addressing myself, so she would like to cancel and told me to go with someone else. I told her that it's basic professionalism to provide information to customers when the schedule is behind. Then Paula said she can't work with me. What kind of company is this? Please people don't ever work with this company. They are not professsional and doesn't care for the needs of the customer. All I did was ask her a simple question and she cancelled on me. Save your money and time and STAY AWAY! Strongly suggest to avoid this headache. I've never dealt with such a company.

She was extremely responsive, arrived exactly when promised, and didn't leave until everything sparkled. The baseboards and hardwood floors glowed, the stove and shower have never been so clean, and the windows look like the glass is gone. The three cats shed quite a bit, and Paula and her crew didn't rest until the fur was gone from every nook and cranny. She was a professional every step of the way. If it weren't for Angie's list, I would never have found her! We will use her going forward for bi-weekly cleaning. I highly recommend her service.

They did an incredible job, in a short period of time. They went above and beyond my expectations. My house looks fantastic. I will definitely use them again for my regular cleanings, and highly recommend Paula's services. I was so happy with what they did that I paid extra on top of what was requested for the job.

Provider did a deep cleaning of my daughter's three bedroom, three bathroom house, including living room, dining room and kitchen. The bathrooms were really bad and Paula's team did an outstanding job. They did a deep cleaning including blinds and woodwork. I can't say enough about the services they performed. The bathrooms were spotless. This was the second time I have utilized Paula's team for cleaning. The first time they cleaned my house where I had some construction work competed. Because of this, there was a lot of dust and her team came in and gave my house a thorough cleaning, including blinds and windows. They washed the work work and even vacuumed my furniture. Her team was very polite and were easy to work with. I have started to utilize Paula's team on a monthly basis. Paula was very good at scheduling both appointments. She came over to see homes prior to the appointments and then came back with her team.

It went very well. The women were courteous and hard working. The price was probably better than the "Good" that i gave it; I just don't have any real basis of comparison.

Paula's team has been continually great to work with. They are detail-oriented and leave the house spotless. We also have a newborn in the house now, and the girls on our crew have been quite accommodating for us moving the baby around between rooms as they clean. Paula has been great with scheduling. With the newborn, we've had to move our schedule around a few times (our fault, not Paula's) and Paula has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. We've finally found a cleaning crew that cleans to our own standards and that we feel we can trust. Trust me... call Paula.

This house has never been so clean.... it sparkles. We were getting ready to host a party and we were completely stressed out about the house. Paula came in on a mere 3 days notice and blew us away with a deep cleaning. We are talking everything.... Our house was very dusty, all removed, walls cleaned, pictures, mirrors, shelves.... all of our furniture.... even underneath... the floors and rugs cleaned, they scrubbed the stairs... appliances are shining... bathrooms and the list goes on. We were just looking for some onetime help, but there's no way we are going to let Paula get away, we are asking her to come back every other week. Two of Paula's crew came out to help clean the house we just purchased. It appeared that the previous owners rarely cleaned. Her crew took a bunch of photos of the bathrooms that we needed them to clean and they sent them over to Paula. Paula and I discussed over the phone the work that we needed done and decided to have the crew do some other rooms as well. We agreed on a price and they got to work. I believe they cleaned for about 4 hours. Overall it was a good experience and they did a good job.

Paula and her team with an amazing job, I would rate her about an A+++++. We scheduled a time for her to come out and give me a quote. She did a thorough walk-thru of the job at hand and we scheduled the appointment. She and her team arrived promptly on Wednesday. I have had 3 surgeries in the past 2 years and scheduled for another one later this year and reached out to Paula for assistance with a really deep, deep cleaning of my townhouse. She and her team did an amazing job from top to bottom. My townhouse was in dire need of a really good cleaning to get it back into shape. When they finished up for the day, my entire house sparkled and smelled so fresh and clean. They exceeded my expectations!!! They cleaned all of the plantation blinds, window sills, windows and on top of all the window mouldings and the door facings!!!! I have detailed moulding on my staircase (4 sets of steps!) and they cleaned all of the moulding and the stair railings until they shined!!!! My bathrooms (3 1/2) have never been this clean or sparkled so much, all the sinks, tub, floor, etc. look amazing!!!!! In the kitchen, they did an exceptional job on cleaning the inside and top of my stove, the floor the countertops and the stainless steel sink. All of the throw rugs were cleaned, they even swept off my top deck!!!!! The job they did was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an annual or twice a year deep cleaning. I will definitely be using their services again!!!!!
