Great very happy with the cleaning crew.

She showed up on time, but no need for service. My agent had done the cleaning, the previous day.

The ladies were great in all the areas they worked. I have no problem with their work. Someone from the company texted me and stated "The deal is for two hours for two people. If you need them to spend extra time I can allow them to spend as much as you need for a small charge." I texted them back and told them the deal I purchased never mentioned two people for two hours. My coupon states 4 hours of cleaning and doesn't address the number of people to clean. He then texted me back and said Ok I let them clean for 2.5 hours without any additional cost. They were finish before the two hours were up. However when they left I notice they didn't clean the oven, so I text the person at the company to let them know the oven wasn't clean. I still waiting for a response. He can't say they were not enougn time becasue they started in the kitchen. This company would have gotten all A's if it wasn't for the person at the company and the fact he still has not address my oven. I am still waiting.

Horrible... they hit my car backing out of my driveway and didn't say anything. I noticed my car dented when leaving out to run an errand. I called the owner and she has some ridiculous story about the worker was driving her boyfriends car and he will blow up if she tells him she hit someone's car. We have sent her pictures of the damage and a quote. She has yet to provide her worker's car insurance information so we can get our car fixed. Just a horrible experience... no professionalism at all. As for service provided, I found Paula's Cleaning on Angie's List, as a coupon was offered on this site. An appointment was made for a Wednesday at 2pm. 2pm arrived and no one from Paula's Cleaning had arrived or even called to say they would be late. At around 2:15pm, I text the owner to see if she was still coming and she texts back saying someone would be at my home by 3:30pm. Two Hispanic women finally arrive that barely speak English. They began cleaning and it takes 3 hours for them to clean 2 full baths, a powder room and part of the kitchen. One young lady wiped the same spot on the refrigerator for nearly an hour. The cleaning it self was half done.

I can't speak more highly of the service that Paula's cleaning service provides on a monthly basis for me. You really don't realize how dirty your home is until you have a professional come in and clean it top to bottom.

Excellent service from start to finish. Once we purchased the Angie's Lost special , I emailed the company to set a date. I was contacted promptly via email and a date was set. The two ladies who completed the service were polite, efficient and thorough...everything I need for a cleaning service. We will be using Paula's Cleaning again soon!

Paula's cleaning crew were prompt and did a great job while they wre at ou house. I was amazed at how efficient they were with their time gien they had never seen our house before. We were very pleased and are looking at using them on a routine basis.

Paula sent me two of her girls and they stayed about 5 hours. The work was very thorough. I was really happy with the results and would hire them again. Great job!

Paula was able to schedule me within a couple days of my request. They had a large job before mine so they were a few hours late, but Paula called me promptly to let me know and make sure the scheduling would work out. The two cleaners worked quickly and did a good job, especially on the hard-to-clean stove and shower. We don't have a lot of clutter, so our house is pretty straightforward to clean.

Paula was flexible as to timing and nice to deal with. Her team did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her services.

Paula and her crew of cleaners are excellent. My house was cleaned thoroughly each time. Paula came out herself on the first cleaning and did a great job. She is very picky about having a great number of rags and getting dust and dirt from high areas. Paula is also very flexible with scheduling and she is very responsive to text and calls. This is the best cleaning service that I have had and I am happy to refer them to anyone.

That was fine I am still using them. The first time they came out they broke something and they didn't tell me and that bothered me. This last time they sent out three people so they finish like, it didn't take them an hour and a half and I like that.

Paula's team is excellent. She is always flexible on date/time and her staff does a great job for routine maintenance. They were able to tailor their service to my needs, and to make it even better, have been supportive of working around my new baby & dog. Would recommend and for a great price.

The housecleaners are fantastic. I have been using them for several months and will continue to do so. They are usually exactly on time and I always get notifications from the owner in advance if there is going to be a delay or any changes. The cleaning is thorough and efficient. I always feel like it was a good value when they are done and I've had a chance to look around. The ladies are always very polite and I am able to continue working from my home office with very little interruption.

We are very happy with the service we received from Paula's Cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will defiantly be using them in the future.

It was a little mixed. Overall, they did a good job. It was just kind of a communication issue. They did a good job cleaning. It took more time than what the special was which was no problem. I paid them and all of the sudden, they flew out the door because they had to go to another job. They didn't wipe down the kitchen cabinets although the ads said deep cleaning of the kitchen. Where they cleaned, they did a pretty good job. We were trying to work with their schedule when they were in this area. She had a big business and she was very busy. The woman that was here worked very hard. They cleaned everything well. One thing that I was going to ask her about was wipe down the kitchen cabinets. They cleaned good and it was very rushed.

Had 3 show up and they worked their tails off to get done quickly and did a very nice job. Cleaned under a rubber backed rug that I have had down for many cleanings and it has not been moved. They removed and got the rubber goop that came off under the rug that was stuck to the floor... Nicely done... will call them again.

They had a special for two hours. It was maybe like $149. But they had to stay more than two hours in order to finish. So, at the end, when they finished, it must have been a little bit over four hours. She said she would have to charge me $175. I said, "That's fine." So I did pay them that. They said they would be here between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. They did not. It was some 5:00 when they got there. They said it was because of the traffic. So, I was here all day waiting on them. It was a medium price. They went over everything. I don't think the tile in the bathroom was cleaned really good. The blinds weren't dusted real good. The quality wasn't perfect. They went over everything I mentioned to them.
