I needed to hire someone to do a move-out cleaning for a rental property, so I called Paula's Cleaning based on some of the reviews I had read, and I'm sure glad I did. Paula came out and met with me to walk through the property, and I liked her immediately. She was very professional and really understood what I was looking for out of the cleaning. I am very particular about my rental properties and expect them to be immaculate for my customers when they move in. She gave me a fair quote and came back later that evening with her crew to clean the property, and then called me when they were wrapping up to meet with me for a final walk through. I was very impressed as the place looked amazing (although, not surprised based on other reviews)! Her attention to detail was so superior to anyone else I had used in the past, and I've been through quite a few cleaners as I manage 7 properties. In fact, this was the first time that I didn't have to go in myself behind the cleaning crew to clean the areas they missed or didn't clean well. I will definitely use Paula's Cleaning moving forward for all of my property cleanings as well as recommend her to my tenants. If you are looking for a great house cleaner and are reading this review, you can stop looking as Paula's Cleaning is top notch and you won't be disappointed.

Paula and her team of 3 crew members did deep cleaning on my 4,000 Sq ft house. They did a fabulous job cleaning every nook and corner, dusting thoroughly and leaving the floors, windows, baseboards, shelves and mirrors shining like new. The kitchens and bathrooms were particularly transformed. I do intend to use their services for regular cleanings and highly recommend them.

Paula came and discussed what we wanted done. What we wanted to achieve by her service. The Spring clean of our 6 bedroom house was completed the next day, a Saturday! Absolutely a company I would recommend to everyone.

Paula and her crew were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I recently had major surgery with a long recovery period and was in need of short term cleaning services. Words cannot explain how amazing Paula Isakson and her cleaning teams are. I found out about Paula through Angie?s List. We interviewed over 7 different companies looking for the diamond in the rough, and boy did we find it with Paula. Paula began working with us about 6 months ago (estimate), and has been keeping our house clean on a bi-weekly basis ever since. My wife and I are busy holding down our jobs while also raising 4 children, ages 3 through 15 (you can probably imagine how messy and dirty a house can get with a family this size? now add an 85lb chocolate lab and multiply the mess times 3). On her first visit to our house, she was able to determine exactly what would be needed to get the house clean and maintain it according to a schedule. She gave us a quote and also gave us a good idea of the amount of time it would take during each visit to keep the house clean. Her quotes and time estimates were dead-on target. Paula has done the most amazing job keeping our house clean. She continues to go above and beyond in her work, not only ensuring the house is clean, but treating the house like a home. It?s not just how great a job she does in her work, but the care she gives her customers. She is always punctual, and if for any reason is running late or has conflicts which arise, is quick to call and ensure we are taken care of. I work from a home office, so scheduling is important in order for me to handle conference calls, sales calls, and other activities that could be disturbed by the sounds of housecleaning in the background. Her ability to stay on target with scheduling has been a blessing. Paula is trustworthy, and hand-picks her cleaning crews for each job she does. She also monitors her crews on site to ensure they are performing up to her expectations, which I truly believe is actually greater than the expectations of her clients. We trust Paula with our home and belongings, so much so we don?t feel it necessary to have anyone home when she is working. Given our schedules with work and parenting, we also need flexibility, and sometimes can?t be home when she is scheduled to work. Paula has been so accommodating to any changes we have requested, even if it has caused her problems with her scheduling and work with other clients (actually, I have no idea how she manages to stay on top of it all? but she does, and with win-wins all around). There have been times where we simply left Paula alone to handle her work, knowing our home was safe with Paula and her crew inside. She strives for perfection, but most important, she really does try to make sure her clients are satisfied. As a result of who Paula is, we look at her now more as a friend than a cleaning service. She is truly an amazing person and great at what she does. The only negative I can say about her? she will not let us pay her more than she agreed to accept for her services. We try to give her tips, but she will not take them. We almost had to use force to make her accept a Christmas present from us. She is very humble regarding her work and refuses to be recognized for the true talent she has and person she is. If you have an opportunity to hire Paula Isakson to clean your house, go for it! BUT - be prepared to treat her with kindness and respect. She deserves it, and will return the actions 10-fold. If you plan to treat her poorly, don?t bother calling her. She deserves only the best.

Paula is amazing! As soon as I met her I knew she was going to be a great fit for us! She initially came to give me an estimate and then came back a few weeks later to clean my house based on what we had talked about. Paula and her team did a great job! My house was spotless! The initial cleaning was a little more expensive just because they did a deep cleaning. But going forward it will be more affordable. I would recommend her to everyone.

I called Paula at 8:30 AM after receiving the keys to my rental townhouse and realizing it needed a good thorough cleaning prior to the movers unloading the next day. She and her assistant arrived at my townhouse that same day at 6:00 PM and worked until 9:15 PM. I appreciated the same day service, their friendly attitudes, and the GREAT job they did thoroughly cleaning my place prior to move in. I will certainly use Paula's cleaning service in the future and I have no reservations about recommending her and her team.

Paula has been great for us! Things are seldom ever in "perfect order", but she's happy to work around whatever hurdles there may be! And, she's always great to provide a little extra attention to areas I request. I like how flexible she is, and how conscientious she is about her work!

Paula and her help did an amazing job cleaning my house. She is very easy to talk to and is professional. I will definitely use her again. They spent 3-4 hours doing the deep cleaning. My main concern was the window blinds, which were no fun to clean. Paula and her help wiped down every blind in my house and I couldn't be more pleased. I am going to have her come back every other month going forward.

We used Paula for about a year while living in atlanta in 2010. She was friendly and hard working. We will certainly use her again when we move back to atlanta.

She was working for my neighbor and I asked her if she had free time. She did find time and she was the best help I have ever had. She just volunteers for everything and is just lovely. She charges me less than what she usually charges because she said that it wasn?t worth that much. It was the first time I have ever had anyone say that. I would continue to use her.
