Paula's Cleaning

Paula is incredibly responsive, although scheduling can fluctuate quite a bit. We provided Paula a timeframe that worked for us (about a 5 day timespan). She provided a scheduled time, but that time then changed a number of times leading up to the deadline date we provided her. That said, Paula showed up with a crew of two additional helpers. The three of them did an incredible job on our house - top-to-bottom and in two hours! They dusted every one of the hot/cold registers, fans, lights, blinds ... everything! All the floors were spotless - corners and crevices were vacuumed and all hardwoods were mopped appropriately. The bathrooms were spotless after they were finished, and you can tell the crew made sure to scrub in the corners and on the seals around shower doors. Net result, we could not have been happier hiring Paula and her crew to help with a deep clean on our house. We will definitely use Paula again in the future and highly recommend her for being thorough and detail-oriented!

About 2 years ago, shortly after I had my kitchen renovated, one of Paula's girls severly scratched by new Viking gas cooktop by cleaning the stainless with something very abrasive. I asked Paula to replace it which she repeatedly promised to do. After 2 years of waiting and being promised and put off, I have given up. I called her to tell her that I wouldn't use her services until the cook top had been repaired. She said she would arrange it and call me the following Monday. Needless to say, I never heard back from her which is what I expected. In addition she was almost never on time. Beware if anything gets damaged.

Paula and her team were wonderful as usual. Paula goes out of her way to make sure you are happy.

This was the first time using Paula and they were very good. I am using them again this week and hoping I will continue to get good service. The place was really clean. They were polite and hard working.

She's excellent and scheduling is easy. She is also responsive and on-time. She is very good about listening and making any needed adjustments or corrections. She is open-minded and we work well together. The prices are fair and I'm satisfied with the prices that she charges. So far she is an A.

Paula said they could come that afternoon! She arrived with 2 other women. I had decluttered, but my house was definitely dirty. We went over what I expected and she told me what they did (which was more than I expected). They worked steadily for more than three hours and when they were done the house was spotless! I was super pleased! I don't often hire people to clean, but when I do I'll be calling Paula!

Paula's cleaning does a very good job for us. They come out 2x per month. We are a busy family and really need the help. Paula and her crew do a complete and detailed job on all aspects of our bathrooms and kitchen and do a great job on our dark red carpet, which is saying something since we have a golden retriever! Dusting / polishing always looks great and the bedrooms are nicely straightened and made up, despite the efforts of two teenagers to prevent it! We have used Paula's services about 12 months now and have been very satisfied.

Wow.. We switched to Paula and her team today for our house cleaning services. We have had another service for a few years, but after watching Paula at work, it's clear that our other crew was just going through the motions. Our house has never been cleaner. Paula and her team are top notch and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a reliable, high quality service provider!

They do a good job of working independently and doing what needs to be done. The first time they came, we walked through and talked about expectations and the standard has been met continually each time. I have used the service for 6 months now. Traffic in ATL can be crazy, so they are often late, but the owner stays in touch to let me know how they are progressing. It doesn't bother me; I just tack on 30-45 min to the agreed upon time, but others should know this in case they have a tight time schedule. I'm very pleased with this service.

Paula and the crew come to work while I am at work myself now that I know them and trust them implicitly. She is reasonably priced at $85.00 every other week for a 2100 sq. ft. townhouse. They interact with my puppy, who stays in his playpen while they are cleaning. They actually clean his playpen and straighten his toys before they leave, even though that is certainly not in their job description! They even clean up and straighten my kitchen pantry when it is needed. Paula and I communicate regularly through texting primarily and occasionally by phone. You cannot go wrong with Paula's Cleaning!

after continuous bad experiences with my previous cleaning service, i knew it was time to find a new maid. I talked to several cleaning services through references but was either not satisfied with the overall costs or quality of work. I finally found paula's cleaning on angies list. They have been cleaning my house twice a month for at least 6 months now. I have been very satisfied so far. My favorite thing about these ladies is they are punctual and they take their time cleaning my house and are gentle with my furniture and decor. I would say the cleaning is not always a 100% however i dont mind minor misses here there over the fact that they are calm and take their time not scaring my baby in the process unlike my last cleaning service. Overall, the quality of cleaning is very good and everything else about them is excellent. i will definitely keep using them in the future.

Her team does an excellent, thorough job. If they ever miss anything, I just let her know and they are extremely responsive and make sure it never happens again. They do a great job cleaning- we have 2 dogs with a fair bit of shedding, and I do not see a SINGLE hair on my floor when they are done. Our bathrooms are sparkling, and they get all of the dog nose spots off of the windows. Paula and her team are very professional and always are friendly when they arrive. We are very lucky to have found them and will continue to use them for a LONG time! They are also very well priced compared to other services we found in the area.

Paula responded to my phone call and scheduled a visit for giving me an estimate on a short notice. Luckily, she was in the neighborhood and we could schedule the actual house cleaning in a couple of days. Paula came along with another lady and they were very thorough in their work. It took about 4 hours and I think the job was very well done and if the monthly rate works out we will hire Paula to come and keep our home clean every month.

Paula and her team of 2 other ladies worked miracles in my home last week. They removed every speck of dust, and there was plenty of it! They dusted blinds, windowsills, chair rails, duct vents, ceiling fans, and even my whole house attic fan vent! They cleaned everything very thoroughly and were even cheerful about it. My husband and I were very please with the results of their efforts.

I contacted Paula on the 12th and discussed everything and then emailed her my contact info and address on the 13th. She was to come today on the 16th @ 3PM. She emailed me several times to tell me that she was in some "important meetings" and instead of 3 would be here by 3:30 or 4 at the latest; then a call at 3:10 to tell me she would be here in 30 minutes, then an email that it wouldn't be until after 4:00, could she make it for tomorrow instead. I told her "that's OK, I am here and I am a patient person and will wait and tomorrow wouldn't work for me". Then she calls be at 4:30 and tells me she just then put my address which I had emailed her on the 13th, into her GPS and I was too far away for her to clean. She said the farthest house away from me she cleans is in Windermere, which I told her was about 5 minutes from my home in Cumming, she said too far and didn't want to have to charge me extra to come the 6 miles that I was away from Windermere (don't know what she drives but couldn't cost more than $2.00 in gas from where I am away from Windermere). Very unprofessional, very poor planning, waiting until she was already running late to then finally look up where I am in her GPS. Very disappointed - I wasted my whole afternoon waiting around and got this kind of treatment due to her lack of planning.

I feel like I should have been behind her. I asked if the basement had been cleaned and was told yes, it had not. The grease buildup above my stove was not cleaned and is going to have to be done again. They should have confirmed that everything was cleaned before they left the house. I will use them again. They were quick, efficient, and thorough for the most part. They just left a few things undone.

Paula and the other women in her team are polite, professional, efficient, trustworthy and hardworking. We have not been with them long, but we have been happy so far.

Very good. Went as described. Paula was very responsive, punctual and did a great job!. Very thorough. Took me through the house to show me the finished work. She is proud of her work and the results show why.

Paula called me back promptly and we set a time for her team to come for a first cleaning at my condo. The 3 ladies worked very hard and moved furniture or anything that needed moved to get everything thoroughly cleaned. The arrived when they said they would and completed everything in the estimated time and on budget. We agreed for future visits about once a month. Over-all, I was very pleased with the level of detail and the care with which they trested my belongings.

Paula and her staff did an amazing job cleaning my home. We had them come in to do a deep cleaning and I was so impressed when I came home with how detailed everything was cleaned. Before hiring Paula she came over to provide an estimate and was very friendly and professional and trustworthy. We have since hired her team to clean for us every two weeks, I couldn't be happier!

I found Paula and her company through Angie's List. She responded quickly to my email and then when we talked and arranged for cleaning my carpets in between my relocation and taking ownership of a new home, she was flexible and open to working within my requested dates and times (I was working with other services as well--painting, then cleaning from Paula, then carpets, then me moving in.) She was so nice about it all, came over to do an estimate to clean the entire house and garage before I moved in and even met me after work vs during the work day. Similar to another service I found on Angie's List, she didn't request a down payment and wanted me to be happy before paying. I actually called two companies and found the other company so difficult to connect on the phone versus Paula's service and communication. Paula's team showed up on time, did their excellent work (i only found one little drawer that they must have missed out of 2500 sq. feet, that was not a big deal to me) and it was to my standards. I went to my new house and found everything wonderfully clean. My friend who was there painting was equally impressed. As a result, I plan on hiring Paula to come monthly to clean my house. My criteria was someone who loves to clean, does a great job and can be trusted because of their integrity and has a fair price. I felt that Paula delivered on all of this.
