Ive already wrote a review on them back in 2016. This was in October and they're still giving me the run. They have given me two different claim management companies which I submitted a claim to both which I have emails that both are no longer accepting claims due to administrative issues. I have been dealing with them since July 28, 2016. It's ridiculous that they give you insurance and damage all your stuff and won't pay for it. DO NOT USE THEM I've attached a few pics it won't let me upload all of them!
Description of Work: Ive already wrote a review on them back in 2016. I hired them to move my whole life from South Carolina to Oklahoma. They had my stuff for 49 days. Tried to charge me $500 more than what they quoted me at pick up (keep in mind I didn't add anything to the quote) half the time they didn't know where my stuff was. Once they FINALLY delivered my stuff 95% of my stuff was damaged and or broken. -don't let them fool you they're affiliate with the Florida branch too which has bad reviews.

****WARNING****BEWARE OF NATIONWIDE MOVING. They had my stuff for 49 days, lied about where it was, almost everything was damaged, when it did arrive, clothes had black substance all over them, and items were lost. Full details below. I called nationwide moving at the beginning of July. I spoke with Alison, which was in there GA branch, and asked if they were affiliated with the Florida branch, I had read reviews that the FL department was not good, she assured me they were not connected with them. I got a bid for the move and they gave me a pick up date for July 29th. I was told they would let me know on August 9th if it would be dropped off on the 10th or 11th. She quoted me $1464.73 for my one bedroom Apartment. Once they loaded my entire apartment up they came back with a bill that was over $500.00 more than what she told me (keep in mind I didn?t add anything to the move. It was exactly what she quoted me) all the movers said was pay what you can there is nothing we can do and no one you can call-keep in mind all my things were already on the truck when I was notified they were adding $500 to the bill. I told him I didn?t budget for this because I had not changed anything. They said nothing can be done, your stuff is loaded and there isn't anyone to call. He said pay what I could now and deal with it on delivery. The delivery day came and went and when I called every number listed sent me to the same department, which was rude and would give me no information and most of my calls went to voicemail. After calling countless times Sam, who was supposedly the dispatch manager, told me my things were in Atlanta. After I told him they should have been here by now and that I needed my things delivered. He said it was within his legal rights to back out of the contract and I could come get my stuff from storage in Atlanta. I then had to get an attorney involved to send notice to him for the information regarding where the storage was located, he finally gave me the address, but no number or name. I had no idea when they were open, if they had told anyone to give me my things, or if there was a person at this, so called facility. Now I had to try to figure out how to get my things from a place I wasn't sure even existed, the lies were too numerous at this point to know if my stuff was there or even in Atlanta. I kept calling and when I finally get Sam to answer he tells me my stuff that was supposedly at a storage facility in GA, has left and should be there in 3-4 days. My stuff never arrived and I began calling again, looking for my stuff. A couple weeks go by, of me calling and no answer, calling and being told I would be called back, and leaving messages when I finally get someone to answer and I ask where my stuff is.I'm told that the truck broke down in Jackson, Mississippi. Not believing him I ask for the number to the truck repair shop in Jackson and he gave me a number, I call and it was a Volvo dealership.. I call this dealership and he says they do not work on trucks!! I'm furious and I call Sam back and he says the dealership is lying to me they do work on trucks and assured me that it would be to my place in Oklahoma in no time. A week and half goes by and I?m still trying to figure out where my stuff is. He says another truck is on its way to pick the load up and will be to Oklahoma soon. Another week goes by and he finally says my stuff will be delivered on September 15th keep in mind they have now had my stuff for 49 days!!! So the driver pulls up and said sorry it took so long I just picked your stuff up in Miami Florida!! I said it was supposed to be in Mississippi this whole time.. he said all I know is I picked your stuff up in Miami Florida on September 14th. I sign & pay for my stuff because they would not unload until I paid. Come to find out the Guy (he would not give me his name) worked for Mayflower Van lines and said Sam begged him to come get this load. Once the driver got to Florida to pick up my stuff he could tell all my stuff was damaged, so he refused the delivery. He told me sam upped the pay so he would take the delivery! After everything was unloaded every piece of my furniture was damaged all my tubs (that were expensive) were damaged ,my mirror, my clothes that were in my tubs were all dirty with something black all over them, there was the same black substance on my bed, along with two water stains, and other items were missing! This has been a moving nightmare. If it says Nationwide Moving -BEWARE they are tied together and they are awful!!!!!
