Nice people, nice guys. I had a problem with the sensors in my tires. They said they could fix that, I've had the car back 3 times because the car continued to show bad sensors and they charged me a couple hundred bucks and they never fixed it. They finally told me to take it to the dealer. I took it to the dealer and they fixed it for $80. It turns out the equipment Meineke was using to diagnose the systems was faulty. I have been back to them 4 times because they told me they would reimburse me the $80 that I had to pay the dealer. I still haven't seen a check. I am gonna go back and ask to talk to customer service because the guy is nice and he tries to get things done for me but they aren't listening to him. They're very nice people but nice doesn't get the job done.

I have been coming to this Meineke for the past 5-6 years. Very straightforward and honest. They tell it to you like it is.
Description of Work: They've serviced my 2000 Nissan Maxima and now my 2005 Lexus ES330. They've done all my oil changes and related servicing. They installed the timing belt and related items on this visit.

Excellent service! Noelle advised me on what was actually required to maintain my warranty. Service was performed exactly as she had quoted, on time and with no surprises or extra charges. I'm completely satisfied.
