WHEN I TELL YOU THESE GUYS WENT OVER AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON WATERPROOFING MY BASEMENT, AND COMPLETED A FEW OTHER DETAILS IN MY OWN AT A REASONABLE RATE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A CALL IF YOU NEED ANY WATERPROOFING OR CONCRETE WORK COMPLETED. I WILL BE USING THESE GUYS IN THE FUTURE FOR HOME SERVICES. THANKS JAIME FLORES AND TEAM!

Great job on foundation repair. Very knowledgeable. Did such a great job on this I used them for repeat job. They did not cover/move the 3 pieces of furniture left in the room like William said they would. The furniture was covered in concrete dust afterwards—very frustrating to have to spend time cleaning something they could have been easily avoided. Other than that great work and customer service!

William and his team were great! They came out to inspect our crawlspace and were able to schedule the project super quick. They were on-time to start the job and knocked out the work a lot faster than we expected. It was the exact same result that other (bigger) companies offered, but at a much more reasonable price. We’re very pleased with how they waterproofed our whole crawlspace which had been a headache for us for a while. I would 100% recommend them!

Our renovation consultant found King Waterproofing and we had 3 different companies come by and walk the job to create proposals. I personally met with William and felt the most comfortable with him as he explained everything thoroughly and to the best of his ability. He also was prompt and reliable if I ever need him. I felt comfortable throughout the process which was quick. He had his crew come in and knock out the project in 2 days. We had our basement waterproofed because we're about to finish it. Jose was awesome too. All the workers ere great too. Thank you King Waterproofing. I highly recommend.

Jamie and crew were prompt, focused, fast, and professional. Exterior drainage issues resolved. They did an outstanding job. Looks great. Although if youâ re not paying with cash or check, suggest asking about fee for paying with credit card at time of estimate. Hope we donâ t have anymore waterproofing issues, but if so, weâ d definitely use King again.

I liked the advice and response time that Jaime gave us to solve the problems of water filtration in the craw space and basement, as well as his work team that did the work, for that same reason he authorized that 2 be done jobs over the initial contract.

King Waterproof contractors were very detailed and did a great job explaining the entire process of the waterproofing process. The followed up with me daily during the construction of my basement being waterproofed to ensure they did everything to my liking and expectation. Great work and no more flooding in my basement.

We were having water and humidity issues in our basement crawl space, we reached out to Jaime Flores from King Water Proofing, he responded quickly, came to inspect and gave us a quote at good rate. Him and his crew showed up on time on due date of the project and got the job done. Friendly professionals and clean.

Jamie and his crew had came out to my house explained what they were going to do, my best options on how Iâ d want the system done they took measurements and gave me a fair price, once they got to work you could tell that they knew what they where doing, they kept the area clean and kept me updated if something came up, I really liked how they worked and cleaned after them selfs, kept things organized and when they where done I was satisfied with The outcome of the work they did, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
