These guys are amazing. They did an amazing job. They were amazing to work with and they helped a lot with some additional issues that i encountered that was unrelated to their service.

Jaime and his team have completed a couple of projects for us. He installed a sump pump, laid a concrete patio and waterproofed the exterior of our house and also ran drainage pipes and installed a grill drainage system in front of our garage. His plans for drainage solutions have made a world of difference in our property and his prices are affordable. The quality of work and value of the work you get with Jaime and his team is astonishing! Another huge plus- heâ s reliable and punctual. His team is respectful and responsive. We highly recommend Jaime and his team!

First - for the amount of money spent ($8k) the quality of work is midgrade at best. The appointment was supposed to have started on 9/20 @ 8am, they (6 guys) showed @ 10am. They worked until 5 pm, skipped showing up (no reason given or offered) on 9/21, and returned @ 10 am on 9/22 to finish their work. Even so, upon final inspection, I point out areas that had been overlooked. Their repair solution for the shortcomings was to hammer in multiple layers of wood shims to fill in the spaces where their wood posts came up short. Mind you these installed posts were supposed to reinforce the foundation from shifting!! After all that the onsite foreman tried to insist that the total charges due was $500 more than what was quoted? I actually had to show him the work order quote sheet for him to back down. I fully expect to call them back out again for follow-up aftercare of their work or file an insurance claim to have a different more qualified crew to make the necessary corrections. I am not sure what kind of service they have previously given to other customers, but regrettably, Angi should not be recommending them so strongly.

These guys are great. I received a quote from another company that was much higher and when I showed the competitor's quote to Kings Waterproofing, the other company had quoted incorrect information and services that I didnt need. Kings Waterproofing came out and completed my basement encapsulation within 2 days. They also put in extra support beams where I was experiencing floor sagging. I am so happy with the way my crawl space looks and smells now.

Fixed our problem quickly for a great price.

Let me start with the fact that I am a builder and this review is honest. We often forget to acknowledge those who take care of us most. Absolutely the best in the business. I use Jaime Flores a lot for different projects and he never disappoints. He showed up same day to measure a crawlspace and completed water barrier Instalation the flowing day so I do not fail an inspection. 10 out of 10

This company was GREAT. They provided excellent service. They constantly in communicated with me to let me know the time and or dates or any delays due to weather. They were polite, kind, courteous and most of all very knowledgeable. Ty were willing to assist me in any way possible. I was blessed to have found them and recommend them highly.

William was great help and was able to drop other projects due to our need of immediate work. He was able to explain what he was going to do for us and recommended what we needed to do for later. Their communication was a bit slow yet at the same time was able to get the job done. I checked individual pricing on the dehumidifier and it was a bit overpriced but with them having to quick order and pick up I believe it was fair. I had called another service department they could not get to us for several weeks and this was not gonna work so King made it happen and did exactly what they promised.

Jaime Flores and his crew came out, when they said they would, and did a great job. I was shown pictures of the job as it progressed and couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Anyone needing any type of crawl space work in GA should definitely contact them without hesitation.

Jaime Flores at king waterproofing was great. I had water getting into my foundation walls causing moisture and a bad smell in my basement and crawl space. He came over for the initial quote and pretty much explained to me that the basement and Caldwell space needed to be waterproofed and the method he recommended was the same all the other companies recommended just with a slightly better price. They came out and did the work when they said they were going to come, finished, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I am totally happy with the work.
