I chose not to do the roof. If I would have gone ahead with the job, they would have been given the job. They were thorough. They were customer service oriented. I checked with several companies.

. The owner’s name is Sherrie Van Tongeren. My experience with this Company was very bad. We ended up with a roofing bid of $6000 for the roof. They did not show up for 3 consecutive weeks after signing the contract. Then they proceeded to change the material that was listed in the contract without the approval of the homeowner. When the homeowner confronted them about the change of the material they started a big argument. Coincidentally when I searched Angies List I found them there also. But they do business under a different name on Angies List web site than they do business on other people’s website. On the other sites they are known as J&J Roofing and the owner’s name there is Paul. I would be very careful with this Company. They are fly by night roofers. I canceled everything and told them that my attorney would talk to them. I was not willing to pay for their contract because they are the ones who broke the contract. I never paid anything to them He agreed that he was in the wrong, he did apologized for it, he removed all his tools and materials from my property and we choose not to do any business anymore. Their price was pretty competitive. I will never have any business dealings with them.

J&J responded quickly. They were on time. They kept the area clean. They did everything they promised me they would do. The roof looks great.

it went ok some miscommunication they forgot some things, inexplicably had to go over several times to make sure it was done right eventually they got it right biggest thing, took vents off garage roof and didn;t put any back forgot to caulk and paint where the fascia boards join, a dozen or so joints basically not sealed but they got it fixed, after i spotted the mistakes i felt like i should not have had to do that their main coordinator wasn;t there - paul - for the job - that was one excuse not sure what else was going on but they came in at their estimate price it was just slow and i had to go over several times and i felt like "well if they made mistakes i CAN see, did they mess up stuff i CAN'T see, or can see but don;t know it;s wrong?" i'm sure they were good enough, but i don;t have ultimate confidence, since it wasn;t done completely right the first time, i wonder if there were other details that may have been overlooked wle
