Jenkins Restorations

It went great. Another water damage/drying company was the first to arrive the day of the flood, and they removed all of the damaged drywall and insulation and ran drying fans and dehumidifier for several days to dry out the wood. Jenkins came for an estimate (Kyle Perry) took some pictures of the washroom (no damage) and the garage and also made some measurements. Two days later we were informed of the estimate through USAA. The contractor (Michael...don't know last name) came out also and let us know how long it would take and when they would arrive. They arrived when they said they would on day one and got most of the work done. Day two, there was some confusion about the start time, and there was also a delay, but although they did arrive a little late, they completed the job in the two day window we had been told. The quality of the repair was excellent...paint matches perfectly and dry wall installation is undetectable. I'll update in the future if necessary, but would recommend Jenkins for your contracting needs.
