Initially, Javier was polite, likable, and almost charming when bidding the job... but in the end, he hung up on me, made a mess, and is leaving me to clean it up and pay for SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS OF DAMAGE. His response, "hey, tree work is messy." Unacceptable. They were sloppy, overcharged, and lied towards the end of the job to try getting out of doing work that was paid for (example - claimed they couldn't grind a stump because of metal in the tree stump... after being pressed by me, they easily ground the stump with NO metal). Further, they destroyed my fence and beautiful back yard (they loved driving their Bobcat over every nice piece of landscaping), destroyed part of the front yard, damaged healthy/good trees (that now need to be removed), knocked out power to the entire neighborhood TWICE (for a total of 5 hours during a hot July 90+ degree day, damaged the driveway (fuel spill), damaged a walkway (fuel spill), left bottles everywhere, didn't grind several stumps, etc. Not a professional company (this was clear when they began rushing the job to get to the next one - they "half-assed" most of the work. Also, not ONE employee wore a hardhat, hearing protection, or eye protection - this is a clear sign of an unprofessional company. I withheld $1,000 and told them not to come back (as they were making things worse every time they showed up - they tried to repair the fence with a chainsaw). Unfortunately, after paying an exorbitant amount of money, I will now need to hire another (hopefully professional) tree company to come finish their horrible and sloppy job - Thanks Javier! Also, they easily did $4,000-$5,000 worth of damage. If you read this review and still hire them, remember that you were warned.

On the job site he was extremely curt, with me, and short tempered. He seemed annoyed when l asked him questions, and cut me off more than once. If l had not been suffering from a very painful disability, l would not have allowed him to do the job. I was not up to the process of looking for someone else. He took two half days to do a job he had said could be done in one day. I managed to tell him that l gave quality Customer Service when l worked. And mentioned my 40 years in the airline industry as an Agent, Supervisor and Manager. Initially l asked if he would be “on the job at all times”, he told me he would be. But he was there about 40 percent of the time. I couple of days later, l accidentally called back his number. I decided to remind him that l got him from angieslist.com. His attitude quickly changed! He became overly friendly, and invited himself to return to my house for one of the Heineken’s he had seen in my garage!! I had paid him there, and had not allowed him inside. I will not use again nor recommend him, although l have much more work to do! Because of my disability that affects my mobility, I did not stay in back as he worked. I had looked out of an upstairs window. I was angry a few days later when l saw that he had let left tons of debris that fell over the chain link fence in my neighbors yard!!! I will pay to have someone clean it up! But he had gotten good reviews on angieslist. I do not know why he gave me, an elderly single African American woman C service! I can have a friend take photos and upload them to you, of the debris that was left in my neighbors, meticulous yard, that l must pay to have cleaned up. A friend took photos.

Timely with a quote. On time to perform work. Good clean-up after the work was done.

Javier and his crew were prompt and very responsive. They gave the best pricing and quickest turnaround time for removing 20 pine trees throughout my font and back yard. The only delay occurred during a day of heavy rain. There were two hiccups (a bent mailbox and a crushed railroad tie), but Javier was absolutely considerate pertaining to the items. As a result, the trees are clear and my property is still in tact!

It was very good, did the job as expected. They did the job very well within the time frame.

As the President of our HOA, we contracted JC Tree Services to remove and then grind/stump a tree in our community. They were punctual, professional and affordable. Will definitely reach out to them for our future needs.

JC tree service is very expensive and after cutting trees. He don't clean up the area. Honesty don't even this this tree Service. Lak
