When I mentioned to his workers, the next day he brought topsoil with a lot of wood particles and other stuff which is known to suffocate grass seed. Its been about 6 weeks now and the lawn is patchy because of the poor quality of the soil (stony and full of chips). I called to discuss it with him, he said he would return my call but he never did. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite.

We have been using them for over 10 years and they have been excellent. Very reliable, very easy to get a hold of and the owner and family are very nice people. He works alongside his workers and I would highly recommend him. We will continue to use his services.
