This was one of the best experiences with a service provider that I have ever had. Leonardo measured and then installed a glass shower door in my newly renovated bathroom. He came when he said he would. The time between ordering and installation was a little over a week, partially due to my schedule. The installation took less than an hour from the first ring of my doorbell to the finishing and clean up of the job. It was wonderful. My frameless shower door has added tremendously to the look of my bathroom, although I would not have thought so in the beginning. But it was worth every penny! I had gotten bids from several other providers and Leonardo's was the least expensive. I will definitely call Leonardo for my next project. Thank you, Leonardo. I love it!

On time - great service and they cleaned up when the job was done. The frameless show glass looks great and really improves the bathroom. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Removed and replaced strangely shaped custom shower door with beautiful new door. Responded promptly to my request for an estimate, gave a reasonable price, and installed the door earlier than promised. Had one minor issue with the seal, which Leonardo resolved promptly. Would definitely recommend.

The shower glass installation was originally scheduled for ~9:30AM Tuesday but the contractor called early Tuesday morning to reschedule to later that same day due to accommodate schedule delays with a previous job. The 2 man crew showed up at ~3PM and promptly began work on my basement shower glass installation. They worked for several hours to get the shower glass installed, having to overcome numerous obstacles such as a slightly uneven walls/tiles and complex dimensions. They worked up until 9PM, but had to stop and come back the next day to finish the shower framing using a fresh set eyes. After working over 6+ hours on my shower glass installation project, the crew finished up late last night. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Shower Glass Dreamworks. I am especially pleased with how they communicated their schedule delays using direct text or calls.

Leonardo was a delight to work with. He was responsive from day one. Always there for me to ask for advice about other items I needed to refresh the shower. His work was superb and the crew cleaned up as if they were never there! My bathroom mirror fell off and I called Shower Glass Dreamworks to have my mirror put back on the wall. When I called, I was asked to "text" my information so I can be scheduled. Apparently the number listed is his cell phone. So after speaking over the phone, I sent my information to schedule for him to come out and place my mirror back on the wall a week later (Monday). The Sunday before Monday (scheduled day) I receive a text message from Shower Glass Dreamworks telling me that he has to cancel coming out because he doesn't service my area. But on Angie's list, he listed that he works "all of Georgia". Now I'll have to look for another company to put the mirror back on the wall. Exchanging communication over text message was unprofessional enough, but to advertise that he works all of Georgia and telling that my area isn't served is a scam.

In a word? ? Awesome!!!? Leonardo and his wife are terrific! They installed a new frameless glass shower and replaced a broken window. We could not have asked for better service. Two appointments ? one to measure and the other to install. For both appointments they arrived on time. Leonardos wife gave suggestions on the shower glass options. The install was total quality start to finish. As far as price, when I checked with several vendors, Leonardo was hands down the best deal ? the Angie?s list coupon made the deal even better. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any glass needs.

Leonardo and his wife did an excellent job installing my shower door. They not only gave me a great price but were meticulous with their work. They also traveled way out to where I live in Rome. I am so thankful I went with this company and I would highly recommend them.

He and his wife came out on time to our set appointment. I specifically selected them based on AL reviews. I can't even begin to offer an explanation why he treated me the way he did. I have a pair of glass-paned front doors on which the glass had been scratched. I had told him the situation over the phone and then discussed on site the possibility of replacing more than half of the 16 individual panes that had been scratched. He thought he could do the work and promised me an emailed quote. After approx 5 days and not having received a quote I called him. Told me he was seeing if he could get the glass from the door manufacturer. He hadn't told me that during our appointment but seemed a reasonable explanation so we ended the call with him promising to call me back. Never called. Several days later I called him again. Said I was really wanting to get the work done and then he made more excuses about the glass, etc. Promised to call me back later the same day. I said that was fine. More time went by. No call. I called him a final time and he said he was trying to find the same tint of glass to match non-scratched panes. Promised to call later same day. No call. HEY IF YOU DON'T WANT OR CAN'T DO THE WORK DON'T WASTE A POTENTIAL CLIENT'S TIME SAYING YOU WANT THE WORK AND WILL CALL. TOTALLY LIED AND WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE.

It is absolutely awesome!!! Pricing was perfect and scheduling was flexible. Leonardo and team are true PROs. Highly recommend.

Leo and his wife did a great job fixing sagging show door. They stayed in touch when they were held up by trafffic.

He was very informative, professional, and knowlegeable throughout the entire process and I he always answered his phone when I would call him with other questions. I am very happy with the outcome of my frameless shower enclosure because it really looks good :-)

Shower Glass Dreamworks made several visits to my home before and after bathroom construction. This was very helpful to me since it helped me build out the shower correctly and put the proper supports in for the glass door. SGD went above and beyond what they needed to do so I could have peace of mind and these visits helped us avoid costly mistakes - such as not having proper door supports behind the new tile. Great Service. In addition SGD gave me several options so I could pick the most cost effective design but maintain the look I wanted to achieve, SGD arrived on time and ready to install. The panels fit perfectly. SGD worked efficiently and brought their own tools. The only issue I had was that the wrong handle was installed and after a quick phone call SGD returned immediately and corrected the problem. We have been using the shower door for several months now and are very happy with the look and quality. I used an Angies List coupon and saved hundreds of dollars. Worth every penny!!

The team from Shower Glass Dreamworks came highly recommended by the contractor I hired to remodel my bathroom. I will say that if you are realistic in your expectations about what a frameless shower glass project costs and you follow their recommendations you will be extremely satisfied. Due to a ceiling that was a little bowed it was not a trivial install and it was one that required more time than they planned. Shower Glass Dreamworks really delivered with an attention to detail and an expectation of nothing less than a perfect result. I could not ask for more in their efforts to make sure the end result met with their satisfaction. It most definitely met mine. Thank you for your commitment to excellence. They are very nice people, I was just a little concern because they are never on time. I have to keep waiting like two hours for them to show up, they'll call and say sorry. I have met with them a couple of times and so far they have been very bad with their timings. They came the other day and they measured and then the next day they send someone to measure again. It makes me a little uncomfortable when the guy is sitting there and his wife is doing all the measuring but I'll give a more accurate appraisal of what they have done because next week, I think they are actually going to install the door.

Our boys bathroom looks so much better with a new frameless glass door to show off new tile work in our 40 year old home. The installers were punctual and got everything done just before the holidays. I'm glad we chose to get rid of the shower curtain!

The door and hardware are beautiful! It's a perfect fit and the installation was timely. Everything was cleaned up nicely. My only complaint was that the preferred communication seemed to be by text (and I like talking on the phone or emails). That was why I gave a B in responsiveness. But everything else was great. A very nice husband and wife (if I recall correctly) team.

After fighting wet floors for 6 months now we realized the installer failed to provide the plastic splash guards that keep water inside the shower. It looks like we can buy our own and take care of our own needs now. So much for "professional installation"

Contractor informed me that my job cost did not meet the minimum cost requirements. Although I could not find this in the fine print of the Big Deal.
