Garden walls looked great and very well done. Could have raked a few areas in yard better before laying grass seed. But other than that. A very good job.

I was impressed from the time Jose visited my home, understood what needed to be done and prepared a complete estimate. This was a tricky and labor intense job. Few people wanted to take it on and I was very worried if we would ever find a way to get the work done the way it should be. The cost was fair and successfully completed, as scheduled. I am thankful I found them, called and worked with them. They exceeded our expectations! Thank you Jose and Georgia Waterproofing and Tree Service!

Jose from Georgia Waterproofing came to my home to bid my waterproofing job. He was not the lowest bidder, but he came up with a detailed plan for waterproofing the basement and encapsulating the crawl space in the basement of my home. His plan included the downspouts on the home, a sump pump, 2 catchment basins and a water egress path to the street. They looked at the job on Thursday, and scheduled the work to begin on Saturday. The crew showed up at 9AM, and worked until 7 PM, and when they left, they assured me that the basement would not flood from a heavy rain. They returned on Monday, worked another four hours and completed the project. I have to wait for another rainstorm the verify the work, but I am confident the work will hold up. I was also given a lifetime warranty on the work performed. The crew is professional, did what they said they'd do and cleaned up after the work was completed, I'd recommend them to anyone!!!

This was like a rushed service. They were more concerned with getting money and trying to bid us down. The person who was in charge of getting money seemed very impatient. The owner didn't speak English very well. He had someone else writing and taking down the information while the owner was outside taking down all the measurements. With all of the questions we were asking, the person who was taking down the information, seemed a little bothered and impatient or frustrated. They didn't give us enough information, we've had other companies here for the same service but this company was no where near as informative as the others. It seemed like they were going to do a crappy job in our basement and just leave us there. They were offering a warranty that is from California, and we live in Georgia. We canceled the service. When we canceled the service, and the warranty just in time. My husband called and we sent certificated letters, called, and texted. The communication was horrible and the message never got to the people that it needed to. They still showed up with all of the men and all of the equipment that they needed. And they showed up late. We explained to the men that we canceled. The same guy who was taking down the information said "I completely understand. Our problem is in the office. No one seems to communicate well in the office." When you're looking for a company to start basement waterproofing, you really need to look at Angie's List and find the list of questions of that you should ask. You need to do your research.
