Excellent work which gave me peace of mind. The guys made the work fun.

The furniture removal from house to POD went great. Professional & did a great job. We requested the same crew to do the job 4 weeks later but at the last minute were told they had been assigned to a different job. The crew that moved the furniture back in scratched the new wood floors in several rooms, they did not re-attach hutches on several pieces of furniture, did not put rails back on beds properly & damaged 2 pieces of furniture by attaching screws incorrectly. They sent more people than we paid for & they appeared to be 'in training'. Luckily I discovered some of these issues before someone got hurt.

Some good, some not so good. Would hire again based on cost, plus I'd know how to manage things better.

Very smooth and well coordinated. Company utilized 4-5 to load in Georgia and 2 to unload in Tennessee. The area of improvement would be to add another man for the unload..... these two guys could have used some more help as they were exhausted at the end, but they never complained. All workers had great attitudes and very friendly

The price was less than some others I had talked to. It was about what I had expected to pay. Once we were done we were done.

They did a fine job. There was one item that I was concerned about and I asked them to be extremely careful with that. Somewhere along the way it got dropped and was broken. They were very apologetic. They guy was sick about it, physically sick about it. It was a cradle I made for my granddaughter. They reimbursed me, it's kinda hard to put a price on something like that. But they did reimburse me and said if I wanted to file a claim to go ahead and do it. They would certainly go along with whatever I said. They were quite professional about it. Somewhere along the lines it got dropped and somebody tried to cover it up but the foreman saw what happened. Sometimes things happen. I've got a friend that was able to do the majority of the repairs.

They did a good job. They were good. The price was fine. Nothing got broken.

Good communications in advance. Arrived near scheduled time. Loaded all items and drove to new location where everything was unloaded and placed per our directions. Even went to a storage unit to pick up items stored there.

one of the movers was courteous and very helpful. the other mover was smoking and on the phone. they also asked me for the address which the company may not have provided. I have also been stood up by this company on another mover date there was a no show.

This company was very fraudulent and argumentative. We were given an estimate of $780, yet we were charge over 2500. The workers showed up , started packing. Half way through they said they brought wrong truck size. The workers said this happens all the time. Under estimate size and cost. The movers told us they would deduct 4 hrs off the bill due to all the drive time they had to make because of bringing the wrong truck. We were told that we would need a 26 truck and 4 workers, yet they brought a 24. The packers didn't bring any tools what so ever!!! We actually had to unpack boxes mid move to try and find screw drivers and allen wrenches and also pliers for the workers!!! They had nothing to take apart beds etc.The workers said all there tools were stolen or some thing to that effect. Was a total waste of our time and we had to pay for all this !!! Trying to find all the tools took over 30 min. Which we had to pay for in the grand total price!! They damaged my treadmill, and fridge. We were told to call the company to get the situation rectified and ask for the manager Reed. He was very rude and argumentative with us trying to make it like we were at fault with everything.Seemed shocked we would ask for money taken off etc.. He did eventually take off some money for the drive time but not the whole 4 hrs!!! And he only took off 300$ for the fridge damage . The fridge isn't even 1 yr old. My treadmill is a total write off now. Both sides of handles are totally off and broken!!! Left and Right!!!! Be aware they don't tell you about the insurance. They make you sigh stuff and you better read everything and not take there word for it. I don't even remember seeing anything about only covering damage for 1 item per move!!! Most items were not even put in the proper rooms, We have spent 2 days moving things to the correct room and are still at it. They too over 13 hrs to move us due to the wrong truck size. If they would of done things correct the first time the move would of taken 8 hrs tops. We will never recommend this company to anyone ever !!!! Beware.. If anything goes wrong they will try to not take any accountability at all. Very disappointed.

GA Pack & Load SUCKS! STAY AWAY from GA Pack & Load!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could. Movers broke numerous priceless items and there was no compensation because it was "PBO" (packed by owner) when these items were clearly broken due to the HORRIBLE way in which they were handled by GA Pack & Load. I have pictures to prove how I packed the items as well as pictures after movers handled the boxes. Pathetic company. And they have very poor customer service.

The person who provided the initial quote was punctual and knowledgeable and most importantly accurate. Jude's crew of movers were hard working, communicative, professional, and friendly. All work completed efficiently and damage free.

They did a great job, the crew was fun yet efficient in moving the items. I could not have asked for a better company or work to work with during my move.

Great. We had to reschedule, twice, as the new apartment wasn't ready to move in on the dates expected. The team accommodated our schedule changes - even the day before the move. The team arrived on time, was very careful and professional. The team was also patient when we had to wait to get in the new apartment - at the last minute. Great job - and thanks.

Of all the moving experiences I have ever had this was by far the absolute best. The team consisted of two very strong, very friendly, extremely diligent men. Brandon & Josh took such great care of us and all of our belongings. They were focused, organized, thoughtful and efficient. We were amazed at how smoothly the entire process went. Just amazing. Total pros! I would highly recommend Georgia Pack & Load Moving & Storage!!! Oh and it was a very good price. The service was so good I didn't even focus on the price but it was the best quote I got out of 5.

Very good experience. The pack and load was fast. Packers were courteous and efficient. Cost mw more due to delays on my end to close and move into my new home, I would use them again.

It was an awesome experience from the get go. Guys showed up on time and with big friendly smiles on their faces. They walked the house with me and I explained how I wanted things to end up at the new place - what was to be set up first, etc. They worked hard and they worked fast and they were very careful about the way they went about their work. Javier and his crew were outstanding in every way and I would and will recommend them to anyone who asks me for advice.
