This was a very good experience. I was very happy with the crew that came to pack and move me. They were extremely friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job of protecting my furniture. I had a dresser with trim that was coming off. They noted that before the move and made sure that I was aware of it. It was no worse for the wear when it got to my new home than it was before it was moved. A few boxes got placed in the wrong rooms but I am confident if I had asked them to move them, they would have. They did have a lot of trouble putting one of the beds back together (it was a former waterbed and the base is a real pain to assemble). This was caused by the fact that neither of the two who were on the unload crew disassembled it. I had them leave without assembling and did that myself. I also noted later that they had not reassembled the treadmill but that also was minor. All-in-all, I was extremely happy with this move and would recommend them to anyone needing movers.

I covered all of that above; I did not have them do my packing for me, stricktly due to my financial situation. However, my next move, I will save my money and have them do it all. It is well worth it. GREAT GREAT COMPANY AND PERSONNEL.

They arrived on time and got right to work. The performed the job without complaint, were courteous, worked quickly, were cautious and were very organized. Best experience out of the 4 or 5 occasions I've hired movers!

Most of the guys were great to work with. They were careful and thorough while still working very quickly. i appreciated that. Compared to some other movers we've used, I'd recommend these guys in regards to respecting our stuff and careful not to damage the boxes and house. They were also very helpful in putting together furniture and doing a few things that I felt were above and beyond the call of duty.I wanted to give them A's across the board and was very pleased with our experience. However, my wife had a brief interaction with one of the guys that prevents me from giving a glowing recommendation. I believe this was the action of one bad apple.

They did a really good job. I had a lot of glass dishes and none were broke. They labels all the boxes so it was a good experience.

I was moving from an apartment with storage in garage into a multi-level single family home. The guys were very friendly, arrived on time and made quick work of packing up the truck. It was a short drive to my new home, so they just followed me over there. The unloading took alot longer because everything was going to the second floor or to the basement. It also got extremely hot, so I can't blame them for slowing down. My only complaint is that they did not wrap and move my lamps, but other than that, it was an easy move.

The team of 4 men arrived on-time and did an efficient and careful job loading and unloading the truck. They were all very polite and helpful. Two things that I found unsatisfactory were that a number of the men were smokers and were smoking at the truck during the move. They threw their cigarette butts in the driveway and I had to clean them up after the move. Also, the team did not come prepared with the truck fully gassed-up for the drive. This resulted in approximately a 1/2 hour stop at a gas station for gasoline, food and drinks. We know the time because they were following my husband's car and he stopped with them. We were paying $159/hour for the move, so this stop cost us about $80. Also the driver had a very difficult time manuvering the truck at our new home's driveway - this resulted in about 20 minutes of time at our expense, but is more understandable than the gas station stop.

Everything went well. The in-home estimate was pretty quick. They were able to schedule the move to ahppend just 4 days after the estimate. They arrived on time and did a great job. The final cost was about $600 less than the estimate for some reason.

Great company especially for this trade....known for rip offs. They were east to set up, professional service, courteous, and careful They did not break a thing and put stuff where we needed it w/o a complaint or causing us any stress. I gladly paid them the rate they quoted plus a tip. If I ever move again I will def check with this company. Thanks guys

They are fantastic and they were efficient and professional and the things that I had not wrapped, they wrapped them for me. They had an hourly rate of $109 for two professional movers and a 24 foot fully equipped moving truck. They were friendly and capable and careful. They are the only company that has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and they are licensed by the Georgia Public Service Department and zero complaints in 15 years of business, and they are recommended by Clark Howard. I would continue to use them in the future.

The experience was great and I didn’t dislike anything. They were very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed. I just decided that a mover wasn’t appropriate for me in the circumstance that I was in.

I'll start off by saying that moving, especially long-distance, is one of the most nerve-wracking experiences I've been through. The thought of packing all of your earthly belonging into a truck and allowing people you just met to drive off with them -- not for the weak of heart. It really does pay to have people you can trust to take care of your things. That being said, I'm nothing but pleased with the job the gentlemen at GA Pack and Load did. From the beginning, I was told exactly what I would get for the cost quoted. I was working on a very tight schedule, and they were willing to work on my time, even to the point of inconvenience. The men showed up promptly (actually early) on pickup day and got right to work. They carefully wrapped all my furniture, and even offered to help me protect my TV which I was planning to take myself. They worked tirelessly getting everything down my flights of stairs and into the truck efficiently. They delivered my things the next day, at my request, to my new location. This is where I can really commend them for their hard work and professionalism. On my delivery day, the monsoon decided to visit the city. I mean, torrential downpours, flooding .... absolute disaster weather. These men hauled all of my things up flights of stairs, through pouring rain without complaint. I was extremely impressed by how committed they were to getting the job done, regardless of the harsh weather conditions. As an added bonus, not one single item got wet -- even though the guys were soaked to the bone. I would recommend GA Pack and Load to anyone looking for honest, reliable movers, especially since there are so many untrustworthy persons out there.

Their quote was 5,000 less than the 3 other companies that I got quotes from. They, upon request, gave me a "not to exceed price" also. Another moving company "Two men and a truck" wouldn't. We did a lot of the packing ourselves and saved a lot of money. Still it took 1 day to pack what we didn't have time to and 2 days to move the items. Much of it was extremely heavy industrial equipment (my hobby - shop). We moved from a 6,600 sq. ft. house to a 1,750 sq. ft. house. It was not a pleasant experiance although the movers had nothing to do with that. They were polite and showed up on time. The move was not perfect but I have little to judge it against since it has been 20 years since we last moved.

The move went very well. The sales representative was very helpful. The moving crew did a great job. All pieces were wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap. There was no damage to either the house or apartment. The only damage was a broken knob on the dryer and the mover offered to fix it for us.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH HANDLING OUR BELONGINGS. I DO NOT THINK A SINGLE ITEM WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED. WE HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP, SO WE CALLED THIS COMPANY LAST MINUTE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS. THEY DID HAVE ISSUES WITH THEIR TRUCK NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE A TURN INTO OUR DRIVEWAY AND THAT ADDED TIME SINCE THEY HAD TO UNLOAD FROM THE STREET.
