The move went exceptionally well.

They were EXCELLENT! Gary, Hollie and Paul were the 3 man crew sent to help me move from my apartment complex to a single familly home for a local move. They arrived on time, had a fantastic attitude & energy and able to make this move as painless as possible. We had to deal with some frustrating situations at the apartment complex (management unwilling to assist with elevator operations and a pesky security guard who tried to restrict movement, etc) but the crew dealt with it professionally and moved as efficiently as possible. Although the pricing was little more than I wanted to spend, the service level was worth the extra dollars and cents. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to move quickly and who has high value items because this 3 man crew will take special care of all your cargo. Any of my future moves will be going to Georgia Pack & Load!!

I had used a company in the past that offered a couple of Men and a moving vehicle and was very unhappy so I was skeptical going into the deal. I was paying a little bit more this time but was going with a company that had great reviews. My moving Crew showed up on time. I purchased a set amount of time and really couldnt Afford to go over so I was very nervous. To my surprise these two gentlemen never stop after they started! They were fast, they were organized ,they were courteous. They were clean and had great attitudes. That ment a lot to me! They took my couch last as i had an infant to hold the entire time. It was a nice touch. The move was flawless and they completed it in exactly enough time for me to not have to pay overages. I will recommend them and use them again in the future!

The crew was very careful and got an EXTREMELY heavy armoire up 4 flights of narrow stairs. I didn't think it could happen but they did it!. The crew was timely and courteous and despite a very long day had a great attitude. Read, the owner, was also great. The truck was smaller than i expected so we had to make an extra trip to the new house before we picked up boxes from the storage facility, which added an hour to the move. But because that was not part of the original plan, Read credited us back an hour. Very honest, decent moving company and I would use them again.

Last Sunday March 24, 2013 we had the pleasure of using these movers from Alpharetta to Midtown. They called the day before to recofirm and arrived 10 minutes early for our moving day. Fred and Robert where polite, courtesy, and our move went off without a hitch. All the furnture was wrapped as required and we had no damage. I would not hesitate to use this movers again and would recommend AAA for all your moving needs. A delight to work with.

They were on time and they did the moving efficiently. I didn’t dislike anything. They were fine. They were professional. The pricing was fine. It was a big deal purchase.

The whole process went great. Two men came to the house we were moving out of and packed up our large furniture (wrapping each piece for protection). They were super fast for it just being 2 people...but also very careful. At the new house, I took the movers on the tour specifically listing out where I wanted each piece placed. Again, no damage to anything and very quick. I would definitely recommend this company.

They moved my house into another. Neatly packed and wrapped all my stuff, loaded, unloaded at new house and placed in separate rooms as designated and even unwrapped some things for me. On time, courteous, efficient and professional

They were on time, very accommodating because I change dates, worked hard when they got there, in fact it was raining and they worked hard through the rain, so I was very impressed with their service and they did everything they said they would do. They're probably the best service that I encountered. They were very good.

As indicated above, it was an excellent experience, and we couldn't be happier with their services.

The Georgia Pack and Load team actually arrived early ready to go. Gary and Mike were very courteous and professional. They wrapped our furniture and fragile items several times over and addressed any concerns that we had. I purchased the Angie's List deal for 2-movers/3 hours for $299. The move went over 3 hours but overall the price was very reasonable. This is my fourth time moving in Atlanta and this was easily my best experience. I would gladly use them again.

Andrew and Dion arrived ten minutes early and began work immediately. They worked rapidly and with great care for the belongings. The entertainment center and Queen sleigh bed had to be disassembled and reassembled at the destination. No damage was experienced. Andrew and Dion were polite and professional throughout. We were very pleased with the experience.

The team of three men called to keep us informed of estimated time of arrival, arrived on time, worked carefully and efficiently. The fee was reasonable due to the time of travel involved. The men were personable, polite and professional.

The four moving men were very professional, polite and worked quickly. They began by asking for a tour of the house, reviewing what was to be moved, and asking questions about my expectations. They loaded everything, including heavy furniture, and small boxes and yard equipment. The final cost was a little below the estimated cost given me over the telephone. The only problem was a gouge in the piano veneer. It was repaired by an expert within two weeks after the move and a person would never be able to see any problem now.

They did a good job, were easy to work with and were prompt; they did a professional job. They were not the most expensive but they were not the cheapest, either. They were kind of in the middle-of-the-road; just the way I like them.

Hollie and Marvin arrived at my house about 20 minutes late. They called in advance to inform me they would be late because of Atlanta traffic. When arriving they introducted themselves and took and inventory of what needed to be moved before starting. They worked really hard for 5 hours to complete my move. Taking great care of my furniture by wrapping everthing even though I was only moving down the street. They only took a 5 minute break during the whole move. The 2 guys were pleasant, humorous and hard working and I would certainly use them again.

The entire process, from contacting the company by email, to paying for the service, went extremely smooth. Once the arrangements were made, things went like clockwork. The men sent to do the job (Javier and Hosea) and were courteous, well-mannered, clean, and conscientious. They handled the move in a professional manner, and were pleasant to be around.

Georgia Pack & Load Moving & Storage did not perform the services. Responded to the confirmation email 5 days prior to the move to confirm that everything was in order. No response. Called (after hours) & left a voice mail 3 days before the move to confirm. No response. Finally got through to someone 2 days before the move and found out we had not been put on the schedule and they were booked. Asked if I could move on Sunday instead of the scheduled Saturday. This would not work as we are closing on both buying & selling on the same day and only have until 5pm on Sunday to turn possession over to the new owners. They told me they would make it work & not to call other companies. I cancelled their services due to the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail. I was not comfortable that "making it work" would provide us with regular employees of the company for our move.

The team did a great job with moving everything from the apartment and once the truck was unloaded, picked up and delivered the items from the storage unit. Because I was unsure where I wanted some items, the team was very patient with me when I asked them to move items from the first place I said I wanted it placed to another, even when I wanted it upstairs. All in all, I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

I used these guys to move the contents of my 2 bedroom apartment. Some of it was dropped off at a storage facility on the way to my new place. Overall, these guys were fantastic! This was my first time using a moving service so I really don't have a reference for comparison, but the following is my impression. When I first called and made the appointment, the gentleman that answered was friendly and professional. On moving day, they called me requesting directions to my place which was no big deal and they arrived just a few minutes after their scheduled time. Despite the lift-gate not working on their truck, these guys did an outstanding job. They took great care in handling everything I had boxed up. As for the furniture, they went well beyond what I expected and used a combination of shrink wrap and padded shipping blankets (which I had the option to keep for a small fee) to load everything up, which was convenient since a lot of it went into storage and the shrink wrap will help keep it clean. I was really impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They disassembled my bed and were very careful about not scratching the wood, and they even disconnected my washer and dryer and took great care when wrapping them up and loading them. They faced a few setbacks along the way: their lift gate on the truck wasn't working, and my new place is at the top of a monstrous hill. I didn't foresee that they wouldn't be able to get the truck up the driveway, nevertheless they tackled each challenge without so much as a single complaint. It was clear to me that they took pride in their work and rightfully so: they did an awesome job. I wish I could remember their names but it was a few months ago and I just can't remember, but the two guys that came were clearly experienced and very methodical as far as taking care to load and unload things in the proper order, considering what would be dropped off and what would go to the final destination. This was a big deal since they knew the right questions to ask me so that I could direct them in regards to what would be going where, and it was really impressive how smoothly the entire process went. I mean seriously, with something like moving you would expect there to be some kind of snag along the way, but it really could not have been any easier. I had a really good experience with these guys and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Since this was my first time using a moving service I was a little nervous, but their professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to doing the job right leaves me feeling that it was money well-spent.

I was moved my Georgia Pack and Load on October 29th, 2012. The move was scheduled for 10AM. They did contact me during that time but it seems that their GPS had them in the wrong location. It took them about a hour to get to me. I hoped that the rest of the move would go better since it really didn't start off great. When they arrive they were very professional and very apologetic about their tardiness. From that pont forward thing went form late to Great. They got me packed up and to my new location. They wrapped everything up and was very considerate with what they were handling. I have moved often and I have used many moving services, but by far as cost, professionalism and quality of work, they have been the best by far. It felt so good to finally have movers not try to make side deals with me so they can put a little more money in their pockets. The bottom line, I highly recommend this company for any moves. I will definitely use them in the future. They were my 4th call, next time they will be my first and probably only call.
