 + -1 moreI have been using Terri Stephens for flooring for several of my homes over the past 8 years. Have no reason to look elsewhere as long as they are in business.
Description of Work: Went to showroom and meet with design/sales consultant Terri Stephens. Selected carpet runners and also had custom area rugs cut and bound. They delivered and installed promptly (within 10 days) as promised. Pricing very fair for the design/products I selected.

 + -1 moreTHE SALESPERSON PROMISED TO REPLACE THE THRESHOLD, AND HE DIDN'T DO IT. OUR OTHER ISSUE WAS THAT THEY BANGED UP AND SCRATCHED THE WALLS AND FURNITURE. THEY WERE REALLY YOUNG AND INEXPERIENCED.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE FURNITURE FROM THE ROOM, SANDED AND RE-STAINED THE WOOD FLOORS. THEY PUT ON A POLYURETHANE FINISH. THEY RETURNED THE FURNITURE TO THE ROOM.
