The entire process went very well. Jennie Hong and Joe Nocera responded to my inquiry on Angi with a home visit. We hit it off almost immediately as they could "see" my vision; a cleaner, more sophisticated staircase and upper common area that matched my entry and first level aesthetic. The entire process was explained to me with the use of a video and power point. All my questions were answered. Once the product was ordered, it was quickly delivered followed by installation over 2 days by really hardworking craftsmen...Carlos and his Crew!. The crew worked diligently, were respectful and careful with my furnishings and cleaned up after themselves. Jennie came on both days to monitor progress and check in with me on my comfort with the process, the look and final results. I love the new beauty and clean lines of the new look and highly recommend Floor Coverings International

The job went well. The owner came out and showed us tile selections he had from his mobile showroom. We selected the tile, he quoted us a price and we scheduled the work. The worker showed up on the agreed to day and did a great job. Services were delivered as promised for price and schedule quoted, a rarity in the construction contract world. Thanks!

Floor Coverings International NE did an excellent job installing carpeting in our town home. From our first meeting Bill presented himself very professionally and came across as very knowledgeable about the products. His crew arrived on time and worked diligently installing our new carpeting and they exceeded our expectations base on our past experience with flooring companies. Although Bills price was higher than others, the value his company provided was worth every penny.
