+ -1 moreWork was completed a few days behind schedule, but that was understandable. Main concern was that after he was finished and gone, we primed the new walls and applied three coats of a premium eggshell paint. You can still see the uneven texture under the paint. We called and Richard did come out to look, but said it wasn't his fault, must be the paint. He also took no responsibility for the finish, blaming all non-paint issues on the hanging crew. Wish he would have taken the time to sand it all evenly to begin with. No action was taken.
Description of Work: This was a basement finish with new drywall. Drywall Unlimited did not hang the drywall. They finished the drywall following a previous crew's hanging. Finish entailed "tape, bed, skim and sand all said areas. No removal of scrap, sweeping, or scraping." He verbally said he guaranteed his work.
