+ -1 moreAll problems were taken care of and everything has been working perfectly since the work was done. Throughout the process Larry Dobbs kept me informed of exactly what the problems were, what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Dobbs and his assistant were punctual and got right to work. They got the job done quickly, even though they took time to answer whatever questions I asked while the work progressed. The cleanup was thorough. At all times Dobbs and crew were professional and focused on the task at hand. The work required was exactly as it had been described to me beforehand - no unexpected problems or additional charges. I would definitely use Dobbs Plumbing in the future for problems large or small.
Description of Work: First, we had a sewage backup caused by roots growing in the sewer line that runs from house to street. Dobbs Plumbing was called when the incident occurred (about 9:00 at night). They came out right away and used a snake/compressor to clear the line as a short-term fix. They came back on 7/7/14 to do the permanent repair: finding the exact location of the blockage, digging up the line, repairing the line, running snake with camera to ensure there were no other problems, cleanup. While they were on site doing this job, I asked them to fix two other routine problems, an outside faucet leak and a toilet tank assembly which needed to be replaced.
