You purchase it online and apply the treatment yourself. I am happy with their quality of product. I buy treatments from them all the time.

+ -1 moreRachel was helpful, compassionate, and I called them since we were having a terrible time with mice and ants. I have bleached my counters and they continued to return. She took the time to ask me questions about my home and the pests so she could give me the best advice on how to handle them. No one else I spoke with would guarantee that the problem would be taken care of for the mice, just the ants. I thought the service was excellent here and I was very impressed. They carry the stuff that is used by professionals, and now we can monitor that on our own. It is free shipping, and I would recommend doing your own pest control.
