As a tenant...run away from any rental/lease handled by these people. If you are an owner.... when we came to look at this house, they wouldn't meet us for a showing. Instead, they gave us the combination to their lockbox. When we arrived at the house, the doors were standing wide open in a hard storm, letting rain into the house. We locked things up as a courtesy. Now we know it wasn't a one-off...it's just the way they do things. I would never let these people handle my property.
Description of Work: Property management company that handles our rental. They NEVER answer the phone. The emails are bounced back. Workorders have been sitting unanswered for six months, and our rent payments don't get processed correctly. They charge fees for things that we dispute, but there isn't a way to talk with anyone about the dispute. The property is not maintained, and is not as advertised.
