They did an excellent job. They were on time. They were also real conscientious about cleaning up and keeping things organize and neat as the project went along. I think they are a very good company.

Window installation was superb and the product quality is fantastic. The 2-person crew did a nice job and left the interior and exterior around home in very clean condition. No broken windows and no debris left after the job was complete. We are very pleased with our decision to replace all windows on our home. The entry doors were also superbly installed and make a world of a difference compared to the old doors. The only complaint is that the sales person did not do a great job at taking notes, and one of the screen doors was installed backwards. The screen door issue was addressed and subsequently corrected in December and the end result is great. I would highly recommend this company.

We have been exceptionally pleased with all aspects of this project from the sales, the actual products, the installation and the service. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They were always on time, worked hard and cleaned up everything every day. We had only 2 minor problems which were immediately corrected. It certainly was not an inexpensive project but I believe that the investment will be well worth while. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional, on time - when we set an appointment and follow up they were there. I did some checking and their prices were comparable to others. The work was done well, the craftsmanship seemed to be good. They were very patient, answered your questions and explained everything. I would use them again.

They installed new replacement windows ten years ago and everything is still operating perfectly.

The salesman, Kurt, was excellent, very knowledgeable and honest. They did an incredible job with the windows. I see a huge difference with my utility bills. Showed up on-time, did everything correctly, did the whole job without me even being there, just incredible. Took great care of my house and explained everything. I was very pleased with how they looked. I couldn?t believe the difference the windows made, even when it was 95 degrees outside, it was cool inside. The windows are very easy to clean! You can leave them open about 3 inches and still lock them. They have extra, added security features. The windows are guaranteed for life and Davis guarantees their work. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again!

Estimate was performed at requested time within two days of first contacting the company. Installer arrived at scheduled time and quickly installed the new door to perfection. The quality of work and clean up was exceptional.

We have three companies come out to quote windows for a house we just bought. I had used Davis in the past. They sided my old house and installed a new back door and did an awesome job. After 8 years that siding job still looked brand new. Davis came to our house to present the windows they sold. They were very professional and fully explained the capabilities of their windows. We have a very sunny south exposed side which need windows with reflective properties. They were not the cheapest but I felt I would get the quality I was looking for. This job also include replacing windows in a badly insulated bonus room over a garage. They came when they said they would. It took them about 5 hours. When they left, you could not even tell they had just replaced 6 windows. There was not a nick anywhere. No paint touch up needed at all. I was amazed. As before, they exceeded my expectations. Windows have drastically reduced the heat intake into our house

Overall, we were every pleased with the company. They were prompt. Their men were very professional. The workers were very professional. They did it in the period of time they said they would do it in. I would not criticize them in any way.

They did great work for us. The salesperson was very attentive. The service people show up when they were supposed to complete the work as scheduled.

We were elderly and my husband, since deceased, was feeble. I think that was the reason they didn't want to bother with us. Maybe they weren't interested in small jobs, too.They weren't rude, just disinterested, and they didn't follow up with a call, even though they knew we were previous customers. The whole experience was unpleasant. We contacted another company on Angie's List, which we knew nothing about other than your reports, and had Jeld-Win windows satisfactorily installed. I'm sure that Davis Window & Door doesn't lament the loss of one small job, or that I will not call them for a couple of replacement doors I'm considering, but in view of the above I will not recommend them to anyone.

I had a disappointing phone call with them. They didn't even come out to look at my house. They weren't rude but when I called them, they told me that they couldn't do the craftsman style door. I didn't quite understand why I couldn't order a door and have them install it. They didn't even want to work with me. They sent me a catalog and that was about it. I was trying to give them business and they refused. They weren't unprofessional. It was just kind of a dead end. They were responsive. They heard me out, they said they couldn't help me, and they sent me the catalog.

THey were excellent cleaning up all debris from taking out the old and putting in new. Unbeknown to us, the installer put in a faulty window and put it in backwards as well. THeir QC person came to our home and saw the problem and immediately ordered a replacement window and had the crew come back out and re-install the faulty unit. I would have never known. Great outfit.

They did not perform any services, but my overall interaction with the company was superb.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently and neatly. They had to replace some rotten wood around some of the windows and handled that skillfully.

Davis is one of the best companies I ever had do work for me. From the initial call to the sit down with the sales person to the completion of the installation... it couldn't have gone better. I was extremely happy with everyone I came in contact with and the windows and sliding glass doors look wonderful. In fact, I was so happy I met with them again this year to have the backside of my home completed! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality product, and quality service. I did a lot of research on both window manufacturers and installers before choosing Davis. Mr. Deegan was on time for the original appointment, did a complete sales presentation and followed-up to answer any questions that I may have. Kurt did not pressure me to make a decision. I was very up front with Kurt and he was well aware that the quote from Davis Window & Door was one of four other quotes that I obtained as part of my shopping process. Above all he was very flexible and willing to work with my very hectic schedule. Now for the actual window installation. I cannot speak highly enough about Steven and Chad. Both installers exhibit the level of customer service, expertise, patience and quality of work that rarely exists in this country today. Both gentlemen referred to me by my name using manners and a level of respect that is not practiced in today?s society. In addition, neither Steven nor Chad talked on their cellphone, smoked, dipped or practiced any of the rude trademarks that are so common among professional service people in this day and time. You have two very professional and knowledgeable employees that you should keep as part of the Davis Window & Door family. I am pleased to say that I am extremely happy with the product quality and workmanship. I am a satisfied customer who would not hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to my friends.

The salesman showed up promptly with very pretty complete brochures. He showed the different types of doors that would complement my home. He was very professional. The installers were also very professional. I am very happy with results.

They first sent one man out who did an estimate. He seemed to know what he was doing. They later sent another person out to refigure it. We asked for a couple of other things to be done. His estimate was a lot higher but he seemed to know some technical things that the first person did not. I also think he recommended high quality work. The installers got the work done in a day, and it looks fine. Their price was higher than any of the other quotes that we got, but I had more confidence in them. They were expensive, but did good work. We were satisfied with their work.
