+ -1 moreThe amount of showings and networking Darryl did for us was incredible. He is the best out here I would say. He works hard. He gets out there. He does his homework and he couldn't be a nicer guy to work with and do business with. He knows the area and how to sell homes and we really think a lot of him.
Description of Work: Mr. Simms sold both our 5500 square foot home and a smaller rental home we own that is five minutes from our personal home. He was paid based on an agreement we had with him that finalized at settlement.
