City Glass Ga

My problem was a leak at the base of my French doors. I hired City Glass Georgia, LLC because of all the positive ratings on HomeAdvisor, but to my dismay they did NOT live up to those ratings. To begin Otto was over an hour late for both my initial appointment and an hour and a half late for the follow up to do the repairs. I paid $490 for less than an hours work and feel the price was high considering time and materials. The price would not be at issue if the leak was resolved. Otto did not resolve the problem. I contacted him to schedule another visit to plan the next steps. I had trouble getting him to commit for this visit. He finally texted me a date and time. I was there early, but he never showed up nor called. I called him later to let him know I felt his conduct was very unprofessional. Being very late and not showing up for his committed times. Not calling or offering help when he did not resolve the problem and had already been paid. The lack of professionalism and integrity showed by City Glass Georgia in my exposure with them gives me no recourse but to say I would never suggest them to anyone.
