Matthew was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. He sent me pictures of the plumbing and explained in layman’s terms what was causing the problem which would require a lot of work and $$, but did not push the issue. I appreciated the information. He decided to snake the system for now but told me to expect a back up in the future. He got the system going again. I asked for a quote for the work he was referencing and he provided it promptly. He was wonderful to work with. This company is my go to plumber!

So far, so good. I expect all to be resolved. This is the second time I’ve hired Chen Plumbing and will continue if I need anything else done in the future. The tech Max figured out how to resolve the issue and was courteous and professional. Carolyn
