Our basement got flooded in early January 2023 during a bad storm. We got estimates from 2 waterproofing companies. CGS Waterproofing sent a representative quickly to survey the damage and let us know what needed to be done. Nick seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced in this type of work. An estimate from another company was considerably higher. After getting the 2nd estimate, we called the CGS rep. again (Nick) and asked him to clarify some things in his estimate. He came back out for a 2nd visit, and declined to take any compensation for the additional trip. The men who came to do the actual work were fast and efficient, did exactly what they said they would do, at the agreed-upon price, and they left no mess. We could not even tell that portions of our yard had been dug up, because they made it look like it had not been disturbed. Since then we have had several rain events and no water has even come close to our basement. I highly recommend this company.

I bought this house about 5 years ago, didnâ t notice no mold or nothing. With the time pass, started to show few humidity spots in the basement walls, and different coloration, few yellow others more black/green, and the smell started to be noticed anytime I open the basement door for to go downstairs. So that was when i started to get really worried about it. And then I diced to search in the internet for mold remediation company, I did had two companies coming and check it and the end answered from both was that I need to fixed first the problem and then treat the mold otherwise it will keel coming back. Again I did went back to the internet and scheduled few inspections, CGS Waterproofing inspector was very professional, showing and explaining all the water intrusion problem I had in my house and the price was reasonable. I decided to move forward with the and the service was scheduled for no longer then I expected. The day the interior waterproofing service started I was anxious about my routine and all the mess a construction can bring around but end up been a very good experience. The crew did the service in two days and did clean up very good in the end. I did love the CGS service and now I can have my mind in peace about conditions of my house but more importantly my family's health environment. I definitely will keep CGS in mind for further services around my home.

I had water coming in for the longest time in our new home. The home inspector did not notice the water when we purchased the home and we were stock with the problem. We called many companies but after 4 estimates we decided to go with CGS. They had the best price way lower than the other estimates, which made us doubt their quality. We got our waterproofing done 4 months ago and no water since. We recommended them to 2 other friends and they loved it. Not always low prices mean low quality, at least not with them! Do your self a favor and get an estimate from these guys if you have water intrusion. Thank you CGS

Carlos and CGS was awesome!! I called several months ago to ask about siding. Carlos was very quick to respond and held my quote for a few months until we were ready to move forward. Now they are taking care of our community pool area as well!! Great company. I highly recommend them for any size project.
