Jaime and his crew came out on Monday and called at the end of the day to let me know the job was done. Fast, professional, efficient, and great value. The managers were happy to discuss my installation options and weigh the pros and cons as to what would best protect my wallet and give my family a good quality of life. They ultimately steered me into the cheaper of two options, which in my mind showed me that they cared more about a satisfied customer rather than a potentially higher profit. We have had a little rain since the install and so far everything is dry as a bone.

We had a recurring water issue and received all manner of quotes from drainage companies, waterproofing companies etc. CGS quote came in much lower for the same statement of work, so it was easy to quickly pick them. And they recognized the urgency of our need too. Within one week they came out, estimated and performed the work! The guys were quick, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We hired CGS waterproofing for an extensive, emergency waterproofing project for our crawlspace /basement that was flooding. We had a disaster on our hands and this company literally came to our rescue. Rafael Maldonado, the sales manager, came out right away, gave a very fair quote and got us on the schedule immediately. Very proficient at the job. Foreman Jaime explained each step thoroughly. Made sure we were completely satisfied, which we are.

They did give a second bid, after another bidder came in $600.00 less they sub cotracted the workout , small job , had 4 days for weather delays. sub contractor need more tools. Job took one day to complete. They did give a ten year warranty on concrete job. I am please with the completed work withthe above exceptions

CGS Waterproofing installed a sump pump and beams in our basement. William and his team were great to work with and always explained everything thoroughly. When I had questions after they left one evening, Joaquin and William were very quick to text and call. Joaquin even called the next weekend, when we had a heavy rain, to make sure everything was still working properly. I hope to never have to use them again. But if we did I would definitely call CGS again. I've already referred some friends. Thanks CGS!

Overall good work, although it hasn't been tested yet with rain. While doing the job they were hired for, they found that I needed support beams for a collapsing wall, which was fine. But while installing beam, they cut a huge hole across the ceiling of one room to install and wanted me to pay extra to repair the whole they cut. ******update they did come and fix the issue but it took a month to fix*******

We had a situation where This Pro was blocked from entering my housing subdivision due to a downed tree that hit a car, They went well out of their way to finish my project even with outside factors preventing them from doing so! They went well above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!
