Description of Work: They gave us an utterly absurd price. When we shared that reality, the price immediately dropped by $2000. But it was still twice what we were able to get elsewhere. We have bot other rugs from Caspian, but we will not in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. They are well informed about the products that they sell, the salesman was helpful in helping us choose what was right for the room that we were looking for, the delivery and the installation was on time with no problems. The prices were good.

+ -1 moreWe enjoyed working with Massoud who was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. The store let us take rugs home to see how they looked in our home. We even returned one rug purchased a week earlier and replaced it with a different rug after deciding on a second rug purchase for an adjoining room! Many options and price ranges are available.
Description of Work: Assisted with overall criteria and professional guidance for purchase of hand-knotted wool rugs from India.
