 + -1 moreTHE ORGANIZATION QUOTED A PRICE FOR THE WORK. UNFORTUNATELY THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF THE WORK INVOLVED. THEY ALSO ENCOUNTERED WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT CAUSED DELAYS AND INCREASED COSTS. THEN THEY TRIED TO COLLECT MORE THAN CONTRACT PRICE.
Description of Work: CONSTRUCTION OF BRICK RETAINING WALL AND 10X20 STORAGE SHED. THE STORAGE SHED HOLDS UP WELL AND THE BRICK WALL IS STURDY AND I HAVE NO CONCERNS.
